Every time I leave this store I leave with more information in my head and money still in my pocket, there are no tricky car salesmen here, just some tech guys that know how to help and would love to sign you up for ONLY the services YOU ask for. If I could add one thing that the store could improve on, it would be that they need to duplicate the Reps they have here and share the clones with the other stores! Also the Rep inside seems to have more technical skills than your average Joe! He know everything about anything it seems lol. I'm glad we did because it was not easy. Joel was patient and professional and I am so grateful for his help. When the usual transfer application failed, he went above and beyond to figure out a way of getting all of my daughter's data transferred, and was even successful in recovering some applications she thought she had lost. I cannot thank him enough! Their store is easy to find, clean and well laid out. In addition to the repair services they offer previously owned and refurbished Apple products for purchase. I will certainly turn to them first for any future issues we might have.

I went there because all of a sudden out of the blue my voice-mail kept saying it was full but I…read moreonly had I saved voice-mail. I have had that voice-mail for years. It was of my daughter when she was like 6. So I was very animate that I did not want that deleted! If that was going to be the case I did not need voice-mail I was assured that was nor going to happen. Well they lied to me! Now it is gone and I am beyond upset! After more then an hour and them having to call their tech line i was able to leave. I just teally wish i could het that back! I would have gavea better review if that would not have happened!​
