If I could add one thing that the store could improve on, it would be that they need to duplicate the Reps they have here and share the clones with the other stores! Also the Rep inside seems to have more technical skills than your average Joe! He know everything about anything it seems lol. When the usual transfer application failed, he went above and beyond to figure out a way of getting all of my daughter's data transferred, and was even successful in recovering some applications she thought she had lost. I cannot thank him enough! Their store is easy to find, clean and well laid out. In addition to the repair services they offer previously owned and refurbished Apple products for purchase. I will certainly turn to them first for any future issues we might have.

I am giving them one star off because the normal wait at the store- I think they should beef up on their staffing considering how much we all pay for service. The other 4 stars are for the store environment and the outstanding personal service I have received. The store environment is cool, much more engaging than it used to be. It lessens the irritation with the wait. When it comes to service, each of the people whom I have interacted with were awesome. They are generally friendly asking how your day is going and surprisingly knowledgable. They they know their products, and they listened, make suggestions and answer my questions. They even helped me to evaluate my current plan to help me save some money. If I have to go into the store, this is a great place to do it.
