This is my all time favorite AT&T, they have a assisted me in everyone one of my needs with a smile and a handshake. Every time I leave this store I leave with more information in my head and money still in my pocket, there are no tricky car salesmen here, just some tech guys that know how to help and would love to sign you up for ONLY the services YOU ask for. If I could add one thing that the store could improve on, it would be that they need to duplicate the Reps they have here and share the clones with the other stores! Also the Rep inside seems to have more technical skills than your average Joe! He know everything about anything it seems lol. Arrived at 7:05 PM when store was open until 8. Electric sign says "OPEN". But door is locked and employee inside is sitting around having a chat on his own phone. I pull on the door again and he gives me the brush-off. Dude, if customers are an inconvenience to you, please go out of business and never waste my time again. read more

If I could give this store a negative five stars I would! The staff here are complete jokes. They charge you for transferring information from one phone to another. If you will not pay them to do this, they will hand you your boxes and say "good luck". It took us 3.5 HOURS To upgrade to phones. Can someone tell me why they wanted the Social Security numbers for my husband AND our son? Mind you, this was an existing plan and we were just upgrading two phones. We were going to transfer my line over to my husbands because my account is through ATT as well. I was told that I needed to call their customer service line because I could not do it in the store. What a complete and utter waste of time. I would rather go back to a flip phone and by prepaid cards at Walmart than ever walk into this ATT location again. Do NOT go to this location and deal with "Dave", I don't know his last name. June of 2022, my boyfriend and I walked into this location to see what we could do about my deep fried watch. Literally deep fried. Dropped into a fryer and got fried. while we were there, my boyfriend got talked into opening a "first net" account. Cheaper services rendered to "first responders", we were all "HECK YEAH!", with first net, this provided us with an additional 3 devices. A tablet, an Android phone and a new watch. Sounds great, right? NO! So we for first net all set up, we were working on getting me a new watch, literally sat in the store for about 6 hours going round and round with customer service reps. Sat there for 6 hours with no progress. Now mind you, this wasn't anyone working in the stores fault. So this isn't meant for them. Long story short, at some point we ended up talking to a District Manager named "Dave", Dave said he was gonna take care of us and get everything taken care of. We brought the brand new devices back after they sat in our home for over a month, never used. Asked for a refund on taxes and fee's and to get the phone bill figured out because we were being charged $176 a month, which we weren't supposed to be with the "first net" account. Dave pulls everything up, come to find out that my boyfriend is -$200 in his "first net" account... because we had no idea that it even got set up due to prior issues. So turned out my boyfriend had a personal account and a first net account. And was being charged for both accounts, when he wasn't supposed to be. Dave was supposed to make some phone calls and said it would be a few hours so we could go run our errands and we would hear back from him. After leaving the returned devices with NO refund for the taxes and fee's that we were supposed to get. We called the store at 6:30pm, half hour before they closed, asked if Dave was there and if he knew what was going on, to find out Dave had left. They said "call back tomorrow", we called back, we were told "you should hear from Dave", awesome! We were persistent to no avail. We stopped calling, hoping to just hear back. We never heard back. We then started getting calls from debt collectors for the -$200 something for the first net account. my boyfriend explained that AT&T was supposed to be taking care of that. We then tried calling this location again hoping to hear from Dave. We never heard from Dave. This was 7 MONTHS ago, and guess what? We STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM DAVE! WE STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CREDITED LIKE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE! WE STILL HAVEN'T BEEN REFUNDED FOR THE RETURNED DEVICES!!! Everytime we call this fucking store, there's no manager available. Everytime we call this fucking store, we hear "Dave should be getting a hold of you", well guess what? IT'S BEEN SEVEN MONTHS AND STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM DAVE AND DAVE STILL HASNT GIVEN US OUR FUCKING MONEY!!! We've been patient, kind, understanding, and cool for the last SEVEN FUCKING months! So someone tell DAVE from 355 Wilson, Grand Rapids MI to give us a phone call and give us our fucking money back! read more

I did not feel welcomed in this store nor did my answers get solved. When you call this store they always give you the answers you need but in person they have a bad attitude, are aggressive and not helpful. The change of ownership has not helped at all either. Same store same results. read more

Came in here because I'm from out of state and need my phone for wrk and a new employee helped me out and got my phone to work with a hard reset . And showed me how to do it as well for just in case purposes . I use my phone constantly for wrk . Emails , texts , calls , maps . Thanks guys ! read more
