I requested a quote to replace the battery for my dad's iPhone SE (2nd Generation) on February 28th at 2:47 pm through Yelp. I received a response and a quote of $50 on the same day at 3:54 pm. I called them on March 1st at 1:13 pm to see if they had the battery in stock and how long it would take. Alex said they did have the battery in stock and it would take about 30 minutes, the call took 2 mins. I went to Micro Solutions today March 2nd to do the replacement and after a battery health check prior to see if the battery did need replacing, Alex told me it would take 20 mins. After 20 mins I went back inside to see if the battery replacement was done and it was! Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable both on the phone and in person. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with fixing a phone. Now granted I am a bit of a techy myself so I usually can knock out pc repairs but cell phones are different. Someone gave my son a very nice phone but there was an issue with the screen. It wasn't the traditional broke screen it was a problem with the bezel not responding to touch and also would look like a overflow leak on the side. Set a reminder iPhone I wasn't sure how much I was going to be paying because it's a fairly new or model but they quoted me a good price so I made Italy book appointment for the same day. The people here are extremely kind first of all and that goes a long way when you never know but you got to be dealing with. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and advised me that it would only take about 20 minutes to fix when in actuality it took less than 10 I was able to hold a whole conversation with the other owner and in no time he had fix the screen. The phone legitimately looked brand new! I was so impressed that I purchased my screensaver from him even though I know I could have purchased it on Amazon but the quick professionalism in the great job he did made me want to give him my business instead. I have already had him look at one or two additional phones in my household that could use small repairs and got him price quotes I plan to come here anytime I need something adjusted or fixed with my cell phone in the future.
