Wonderful experience. I had an incident where my laptop stopped working, went to them since I lived…read moredown the street. I called ahead and basically parked and they picked up my device from my car for me. Within an hour they were performing a diagnostic on my device and provided me honest and useful information via text with pictures so that it was easier for me to understand. As a technical support agent, I really appreciate honest and prompt assistance. Although my device was pretty much fried, due to it being purchased as refurbished, they did not try to badger me or up sell me. I will now recommend their services to anyone with laptop issues.
