Omg he was so helpful I had just received a birthday present, a very nice watch, but it was too large. I was asked by my boyfriend to wait and he'd fix it this weekend. So of course I removed a few links myself and in the process lost a pin. This pin completely disappeared into thin air! I pulled pins out of a couple other watches desperately trying to get this put back together. I gave up and decided this is it something I should not have messed with, but now it was too late and I needed to get this fixed. This business is a COMPLETE FRAUD!!!! Do not go to this place and/or do your electronic services with this business at all. I called this place because it was referred to me by someone in the Greenbrier Mall close by. Upon calling this business to inquire on how much it would cost to fix it I did EXTENSIVE research first as to make sure I wasn't being overcharged to get it repaired. The average cost of said item in getting fixed from ALL seven cities in Hampton roads was around $30-40. The item I wanted fixed at retail cost is $169.99. I made contact with the store and when asked how much it would cost the employee told me $200 to fix. Absolutely INSANE to charge more then retail value on a item to just get the screen fixed. I told him he's running bad business but no thank you for your services. He then attempted to call my phone several times after that trying to start a worthless argument. Hence thats what prompted this review. When I called back to ask who runs or owns the business he then has the audacity to ask me why I was harassing him then hung up again. Let's be clear bad business, bad customer service and bad attitudes gets horrible businesses like that shut down all the time. Your building is a place of business and provides a service sir, maybe new workers can clear this up because it was poorly handled by who was working today. They had my computer since March 2019!!! And I just got it back today!!!!!This is my first review I've ever written (will also share on social media) and I hate to be negative but something has to be said. Worst experience ever!!! I'm not technology savvy what so ever so They had my computer for a screen repair. Computer old but it was my grandfathers( who passed 6 years ago)with irreplaceable documents, pictures, etc. so when I dropped it off I was not verbally told or referenced by employee in any way to back up my computer(lesson learned). Never called to let me know status of my computer, I always had to call or come in weeks at a time to find out. Several times they stopped working on it and forgot about it because several different technicians kept working on it after I remind them about it. NUmEROUS TIMES!!! Once I finally got it back,after coming in over and over again saying it was ready but it wasn't. My computer came back to me dirty, corner damage from obviously being dropped and computer hard drive was wiped clean, everything was gone!!!!!! Photos everything irreplaceable from my papa and important documents from tax info to Christmas letters written years ago from my grandma! Can't express how devastated I am. The owner/manager who ever the employee was talking to on phone refuse to refund me my deposit unless I put the old broken screen back on, I'm debating on suing for principal alone because the boss did not speak with me or refund me or compensate me in any way! Wouldn't even talk to me!!! Only saving grace was the youngest working there, refund me my money out of his own paycheck and under my understanding he never even worked on my computer. I have more to say but I'll leave it at this. I will never do business with them or recommend them, I would discourage people from doing business there. Again they had it for almost ONE YEAR Oh and some of the fine print in the agreement they did not even follow themselves which breaks any agreement! Should I file a case against them?
