Better yet, they delivered in about 4 hours later as I had everything in coolers trying to keep from spoiling. Delivery guys were awesome, they called to let me know they'd shortly. The removed the deceased fridge and brought in the new one, hooked it up and not a single issue. Thanks guts!! I'll never go anywhere else but Franks! Purchased a floor model. When it was delivered, it was missing several shelves and drawers. The…read morefirst set of shelves were delevered to Franks and thrown by the UPS carrier and smashed when they hit the ground. The first set of drawers were too big, and now they are saying that since the fridge was discontinued, it is harder to get parts (news to me that it was discontinued). There was a lack of communication, and from my view, a lack of wanting to make things right. Finally got the drawers today, and one is cracked. We had to fix it ourselves.

I called BJs in Leominster to talk to Customer Service about the problem and let them know the insert said to call the manufacturer(in China), not the retailer. An awesome customer service rep named Katie told me to come on in and they'd take the missing parts from another box so my son could complete the assembly today. One think that I hate about this store and many other stores (non-BJs) is that they periodically move items/reorganize the store. So, if you go in for specific items and you know exactly where they are, SURPRISE!, it's not there and you have to search around the entire store to find it. This practice is obnoxious and not isolated to BJs.
