On July 6th we walked into the Verizon store at 611 Amherst St. in Nashua, NH and met Frank Solis, who started to work his magic on my phone. Within 10 minutes, he had switched both of our phones over and had fixed some other nagging issues with my wife's phone. I offered to pay a charge which was politely declined. The bottom line was it was a 10 minute visit and we both walked out very happy people. Frank is a Super Hero and should be wearing a cape. When it is time from me to upgrade, I will seek him out. And sometimes....you have a brain fart and forget that soft resetting your phone still fixes a lot of problems. Kinda like how I did. Granted, I felt like a horse's patoot by the time we walked in there and basically got free advice we could have otherwise obtained from ten seconds on Google. The guy at the table was very professional about everything. Down to earth, even. It's always refreshing to see folks in the tech industry apply the utmost professionalism when it comes to customer service. Honestly, the longest part was the beginning. See, we had a 1pm appointment. Only when we arrived, we still had to wait an additional 15 minutes before anyone saw us. What's the point?! If you have to wait still despite having an appointment, it's as arbitrary as walking in out of left-center field and requesting someone service your phone. I found their lack of store WiFi rather disappointing. Other Apple stores have this. So, why not Pheasant Lane? I dunno, guys. It's an Apple store. What else is there to say? It gets 4 slightly embarrassed customers who forgot soft reset is a thing out of 5.

The guy in the entrance asked a few question and took me to the pickup counter, stating once the staff finish the person before me, the staff will help me. So I waited, the lady finished previous customer and just stood there, not asking me "Can I help you with something?" I waited another 5 minutes and asked her if she can help me with the purchase. She acknowledged with 1 word "yes". I was a straight, quick in & out guy. I told the young lady that I would like to purchase 2 iPhone 17 Pro Max unlocked, 256G, pay in full. "OK" is the only response. She did her thing on the sales terminal which I think is an iPhone. The staff in the backroom brought 2 iPhones out. She scanned them and just stared at me after. Not sure what to do next, I paused for a minute, then brought out my wallet and my credit card, she still said no word and continued staring at me. Only after I handed her my credit card, she openned her mouth with "Is this the card?" Then took my card and did her thing. Then I realized I ordered 2 blue phones and it can get confusing if I give to my uncle and aunt as gift. I asked her if I can switch one of the phone to orange color. She responded "You already paid for them". I was like "wow, wtf, do I owe you money or something?" in my mind. Eventually, we did a color swap on 1 of the phone. The last thing I needed is the printed receipt. She gave me the swap receipt not the sale receipt. I have to go back to the store and asked her to give me the original receipt. With this kind attitude, this young lady, possibly a college kid, is ruinning apple and apple store's reputation. The attitude is this "I work in apple store. I am better than you. Don't bother me." Spent 2400 bucks for this kind attitude. WTF?????

I explained how frustrating it has been sitting around waiting for a call that clearly wasn't coming and he apologized & told me he'd be in tomorrow , & he would make sure I get a call and update as soon as they have an update & know if the phone is able to be fixed. Initial experience with this place was 1 but this guy just redeemed it to get to 3 . Hopefully it will be 4 in the end x I won't be giving 5 unless the first guy I spoke to calls an apologies

My iPad PRO USB-C connector finally died. My local store doesn't touch Apple products. I went to the Nashua store, concerned not about the 30 dollar connector but CPR cracking the screen during the very invasive screen removal process to get at the connector, plus I didn't want to share my passcode. They accommodated both, guaranteeing if they broke screen, they make me whole. After the repair and in-store, I entered my passcode for them to check and they determined the far right side icon movement was intermittent. They replaced the screen entirely and I was a happy camper when I finally picked it up. They honored their commitment and I'd definitely return.
