Do not buy here! Thieves, liars, and incompetent. Isaiah first completely screwed up setting up our account, transposed a digit on phone number and missed applying montly discount on 2 of 3 lines, spent many hours with Verizon customer service to correct. Bigger is got me to convert by lying about $200 incentive which never got, called after two months and he said all good and I was set. At almost 4 months, now says never went through and would talk to manager. Everytime I called the store (about 6X between 2-4 months) said they looked up and something different each time, manager is never in or available. Isaiah has never followed up or called back even after went in and yelled at in person, I should have read the reviews as do this all the time. These people are disgusting. read more

I dealt with Matt to upgrade to a new IPhone 15 Pro and traded in my Samsung Ultra as well as an IPhone 12. I told him to apply both phones to the payment of the new phone since I did not want any monthly device fees on my bill. I ended up getting a monthly device fee and when I went back I was told that my older IPhone I traded in was used to pay against the taxes and not towards the price of the new phone. I then said I asked before if what I was paying would pay off the new one completely and Matt said he didn't remember me saying any of it. I inquired further stating when I asked you if the new phone was totally paid off why didn't you tell me there was still something due and I could've paid it? He just kept repeating he didn't know that was what I wanted. I felt entirely misled and lied to and will never do business there again. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Call Verizon directly and save your time. I went in to inquire about upgrades and spoke with Matt. I was told I could get $700 towards a new phone. Two days later I went in to upgrade and was given a trade in value of $560. They only agreed to the $700 after I said I already received a price. Then I was told I had to increase my monthly plan in order to Qualify for the trade in value of $700. I was also quoted $240 in taxes and fees for upgrading. After calling the actual Verizon one 800 number I received a $700 trade-in for each phone, the taxes and fees were only $200, and my monthly bill went down $10 a month. I have been a customer for a long long time---I will never go here again Thew were rude and impersonal. I spend 300 a month on verizon and got all my phones from this store back to the 90s for my wife my son and me. If I ever had a problem the sales force was above and beyond I have a sim card problem which the agent last night opened and reinserted which seemed to work 2 hours later the same problem----no calls and no messages I reinserted the card for 15-20 minutes and nothing---i turned the phone on and off-nothing---i found a sim card from an old apple phone and inserted it----nothing-------- Today after checking to make sure i have insurance (I pay 17 a month for total care) I took it in The agent this morning--------- 1. He told me my problem was the wrong sim card and looked at me like i was foolish 2. I told him i tried to put the original card back in over and over and it didnt work and gave him the original card and when he went to install it I said "Can I see you do it? He looked at me and exclaimed "It only goes in one way" like im some kind of ass hole. 3, then he said "Whats you phone code" and I stumbled and he acted like i was bumming change I said--Thats what the other guy did last night but the phone only lasted a couple hours---------------I said Is it the card or the phone do you think? No answer Call verizon I said I bought the phone here----cant i replace it here?????? He said---Call verizon--they have to replace it Well mr super agent---not too long ago the agent would place the call for me----or give me a new sim card-- and ONE TIME they gave me a loaner ----but i guess those days are over----I guess eye contact is frowned upon, I guess that smiling is out of the question and customer service is no longer offered here read more

I've always received exceptional customer service. The sales associates are very knowledgeable about plan options and pricing, while providing thorough reccomendations on products. I've always received upfront, and realistic advice and have never been up-sold on products or plans I do not need. Absolute scam artists. They targeted me as a computer-illiterate senior citizen (65 year old woman) and barely explained the up-sell they were sticking me with. The "free" tablet they said they were giving me as a promotional gift was added to my monthly bill the following month, the tablet's (no call, only data) phone line I never wanted was attached to my family plan, and by the time I figured it out I was locked into an annual phone plan and required a $170 fee to buy out of it. Be wary of anything offered, and record your conversations at this particular store. Don't get scammed. read more

The problem with my being charged an extra $25.00 a month was never resolved I am stuck paying this for 2 years.I cancelled verizon for my home and when the contract is up on the phone I will never use them again. read more

Was supposed to get a $200 rebate in January. It's March and still no rebate. Keep getting the run around.

My 80 year old mother went into the store for assistance. They had just opened and no other customers were in the store. She wasn't getting phone calls or texts. Matt tried calling her phone and it worked so he told her to go home and call *611. She was still unable to get texts. When she called *611 it was a simple phone reset. I am not sure why he wasn't able to troubleshoot a simple thing for her. I called the store to discuss and John said the manager was off but he would take a message. I was put on hold for 7 minutes for him to leave me there and then Matt picked up the line. He saiid he was the one who helped my mom and he couldn't just go to her house and test her phone. There was no apology or any remorse for his treatment. I told him I would call Back when the manager was in and he replied "fantastic" . I'm pretty sure his customer skills aren't fantastic . I hope the owner sees this and coaches this employee. read more

This place is a SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE! They took the SIM card out of my new iPhone and attempted to tell me this was "Verizon's policy". I contacted Verizon and they said NO WAY! The card belongs with the phone. They also tried to charge me $860.00 for a $649.00 phone! USE THE REAL VERIZON STORE!!! The manager couldn't give me a reason why his employees are stealing SIM cards. DO NOT USE this place! Keep your money in your pocket! I am hoping that my refund is taken care of without issue or I will be getting a lawyer! read more

I have been hearing a lot of bad reviews about this store for some time now but didn't believe it until I went in today and saw for myself. I needed a used phone activated because I wet my phone and couldn't hear callers unless I put them on speaker. I walk in and there's 3 men sitting at their designated counters twiddling their thumbs because the store was empty. I go to the guy at back counter and he never even cracks a smile. I tell him my story and he pulls the SIM card out of one phone and puts in another and says your all set. I have a few questions about my photos and contacts and what's on the phone. He says like an idiot, " I don't know who's phone it is". I ask him to transfer my contacts and pictures and he says 30 dollars. I said that's ridiculous and again he never once again cracked a smile. I told him how I heard the people here aren't nice and he says like a wise ass "just cause I don't agree with you doesn't mean I'm not nice" he never once offered to see if I could salvage my old phone or any suggestions on how I can transfer my contacts myself. No wonder the place was dead. Next time I'll go to Mercer Mall or Hamilton Market Place where they are more personable and helpful. And btw my contacts did transfer automatically but not my pics.
