If you're ever in the mood to feel like an inconvenience, just stop by this AT&T retail store. I came in with a simple task -- returning phones -- something AT&T specifically told me via email I could do at the store. Instead, the sales associate acted like I was bothering her just by existing. She was dismissive, curt, and clearly uninterested in helping. Her response? "We don't do returns here." She then told me to return them to UPS but she couldn't help me with that either. To make matters worse, when we originally switched from Verizon, we were told by a different AT&T employee that they would pay off our Verizon phones as part of the deal. Now this associate says they don't do that either. So which is it? The lack of consistency between AT&T's customer service online, in-store, and over the phone is mind-blowing. It feels like no one is on the same page -- and the customer is left to deal with the fallout. Regretting ever making the switch. Verizon may be more expensive, but their customer service was leagues better. AT&T just can't seem to get it together. read more

Excellent service by Syed and the store manager, Milly! They helped me trade in my old phone for an upgrade. As a senior citizen, I am not that great with technology. They were both extremely helpful. I would strongly recommend going to this AT&T store at the Hamilton Marketplace. read more

Terrible, rude service. Smart Alecky, lazy slob refused help me with my phone. I've never been treated like that before. Wouldn't even get up off his rear. Horrible attitude. He was alone in the store, probably thought he'd get away with it. Jerk. read more

Regardless of the reason I upgraded my phone, Kenny was just , AWESOME!!! So polite, friendly,And funny! If you're in need of a phone of a new phone go see Kenny, somebody once waited an hour for him! If that doesn't say he's GOOD, then just take my word for it! Also don't be mad that he has to run through spiels, they're part of his job.... just let him do it and smile, joke about it, and accept the extras or deny them. No big deal... but after the day I had, I was happy to sit down with Kenny and get back to the herd of sheep and say from The drama and stupid droid (apparently iPhone users are sheeps because they follow???) ! They did take care of my defective SIM card. For some reason, the associates always act like they work for TSA or CIA or something. They mysteriously start punching information into their iPads and then WALLA-- everything is done! I don't believe the SIM card cost me anything, but I did receive a survey from them via text asking about my recent purchase. They also tried to sell me on their home security systems. I needed a new SIM card for a new device so I could transfer my number to my new phone - TRAVIS is excellent and delivered SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - I'm not a techie so I needed someone with his expertise who would walk me through and help me understand the installment plans, when I would be eligible to upgrade as well as some technical advise for my individual phone settings....what a great experience!!! read more

I stopped in today at this location to get a number moved from one phone to another & Kenny was an awesome help! I didn't have the old phone that was still active and he was able to find the information on my account, after checking my ID which I totally appreciate for security, and program a new SIM card for the new/old smartphone I wanted to use. There was a problem that occurred that was stopping him from completing the move so he found out what needed to be done and kept me apprised of the situation throughout. All the while he had a great sense of humor & was very friendly to both me and my mom who was with me. This is exactly the type of experience that people should have in a retail situation but is unfortunately so rare these days. I came into this AT&T store to get a replacement SIM card for my phone and had a great experience. Upon arrival a manager immediately walked up and asked if I needed help. He was able to immediately help me without a wait. As he was installing the new SIM card we started chatting and I found out that he had recently moved to NJ from Washington DC, where I live, to become the manager of this ATT store. Making this connection, he then realized that he had helped me in the past in Washington DC several months ago. Woah! WTF?! From DC to a random store in central NJ I had the same person helping me?! I was amazed at his memory and love this level of customer service! read more
