He said he spoke to his boss after we hung up and was told they wouldn't take back the item I had purchased and that I had to go back to the original wireless Verizon store I had purchased it from and that it's "not his fault I shop far away." You're kidding me right? The point is not to send your customers on a goose chase to different Verizon stores when you should have your facts straight in the first place. Oh and maybe own up to your mistakes and go to a Customer Service 101 class before demeaning your customers ? Never shopping here ever!!!

I just don't understand why if I had an appointment that I was not seen within 10-15 minutes of my appointment. Horrible service. So many other people kept walking in and then left because nobody was helping them. Why are there so many employees just in the back room and not in the front store?

If you have a problem, one of their favorite tricks is to just loop you around- whether you're calling or online- they have their famous loops. So, when I lost my phone this weekend in my home, I literally tore everything apart piece by piece by piece for two days.... so by the time I arrived at the Verizon store, I was up on the ledge.... That's when Julio Sauza put on his Batman cape and literally saved the situation. I am sure, as anyone who has been a Verizon customer knows, most people do find Verizon extremely frustrating, shady, and not customer friendly at all Combine that with the shock of what 48 hours plus without phone communication can due to an entire weekend. And that people who care about you ..love you ..will turn on you if they can't reach you.!!!? You can only guess, when I arrived at the Verizon store on Csmpus Boulevard in Ewing, I was literally a puddle of drama.... When I walked in, I was looking for a transfer code for my phone, so I could go back to T-Mobile ...BUT Julio stepped in, explained to me that he could activate my old iPhone 13 (which he did)... And, when I explained that Verizon had told me that I was basically out of luck with my 16 pro that never really works very well from day one, he assured me that I did have insurance on that phone and it would be replaced and provided the contact information to make that happen. In the face of my frustration, Julio remained calm, warm and the perfect example of what great customer care looks like.... Verizon definitely needs to pay this young man a lot more than whatever he's being paid, because he is able to keep a frustrated Verizon customer calm, fix her problems and then she finds out when she got home.....She never got the transfer code. WOW!!!

Seemingly nice enough, but their unscrupulous tactics and general demeanor after I returned have me…read moresoured on any "authorized retailer." If you're in search for a new phone, provider, etc., don't stop here. Initially, I made a mistake common of many folks, going to a kiosk labeled "Verizon" without realizing that it was an "authorized retailer" designed to siphon just a little more cash out of you on top of the usual. After initially being very nice, many phones were not in stock, and added services (insurance, data transfer) were added essentially without consulting me. After I realized what was occurring (namely the data transfer) I asked them to stop because it wasn't necessary (all of my data is already in the cloud and I can add apps like any brainless idiot without paying 30 dollars). Other charges were added to my bill that I did not realize until I contacted Verizon. Finally, they often do not have sales which match or are the same as regular Verizon stores. So, next time you need to go to "the verizon store" make sure you find a real one and not this garbage store.

The one he wasn't able to process was because greater Verizon made yet another mistake on their end. Despite me leaving Verizon this store experience with the employee was really solid.
