He immediately was able to give me a quote for someone that has the part and would be able to fix it, but after taking to Jack, we concluded that the phone wasn't worth fixing. I really appreciate the honesty that Jack provided. Since he had already claimed my Groupon, he said he will make sure I get a refund, and I did. He runs a very honest and friendly business.
