We've spoken to the new store supervisor (apparently the other one is no longer there?) and he will not honor their promise, said maybe they made mistake?? ATT also said there is no record of any of this (aside from new phones which made it to the bill) and they do not know where our phone is that we traded in. Fraud and blatant lies. The technicians ran some tests on my computer and eventually sent it out to a company that specializes in logic board repair. After market and price review for options, stands and ready to pull the trigger I thought better. I called Robert and asked him if he could take a look at our situation. We had a concern for my bedroom television. Due to the room design it was not a great fit (yet). Bob came by the same day. We went bedroom first and he made it simple and cost effective to get an arm and mount the TV so it will not only store out of the way, it now has better placement then ever to watch with comfort and ease. Next he suggests a LG 55 and I am glad I asked. I asked him to do it and done it was at noon the next day. Bob and his men were on time and never rushed. They took time to tweak the components so that they worked with remotes, were hidden and also spent time setting up all the controls on the sets and the cable box. Same thing in the family room. 55" beautifully wall mounted, wires neatly concealed and Sonos bar optimized, and remote and internet component (Smart TV) fully explained and demonstrated. So they not only did a great job, they also helped to optimized each set they touched and they came in under budget. I want to thank them and hope to refer business to them well into the future!
