We've spoken to the new store supervisor (apparently the other one is no longer there?) and he will not honor their promise, said maybe they made mistake?? ATT also said there is no record of any of this (aside from new phones which made it to the bill) and they do not know where our phone is that we traded in. Fraud and blatant lies. Charges should be brought against this company/store. Illegal behavior to aquire their commission. ATT, how do you defend this type of act?

Gabe was the gentleman at Mobile Rescue in Norwalk (on route 7 near Wilton boarder) who fixed it and did an outstanding job. He also fixed a camera lens for free. The wording clearly suggests a complete uninstall and reinstall service, not a partial task. This experience was frustrating and a waste of time.
