I went to the store and the associate working at the time gave me 3 other options, none of them matching what I was told on the phone. When I asked when Thomas was working, the associate completely shut down and got an attitude with me. I came back when Thomas was working and he was able to provide me with what he offered on the phone. I received my newest bill online and when I checked the details, I discovered a new line was added to my account. I never asked or approved a new line. The store manager is now telling me it's a digital number that was added and not another line. This is ridiculous. I will never step foot in this store again.

I dropped off the phone and went to a nearby appointment. Because the phone was ready early I needed to have a family member pick it up. I hopped on a flight a few hours later and low and behold my screen stopped working! The screen would turn bright green and purple. I tried to restart the phone more than several times. Nothing worked. The screen would black out for days at a time so here I am outside the country with a phone that doesn't work. As soon as my plane landed I headed to the shop to find a different gentleman there. He told me I needed to come another day to see the guy that fixed the phone initially. I do not live in town and asked if there was any way the guy could fix it today. He got on the phone with me and told me to wait at the shop and he'll come today. I asked for a time frame since I don't live here. He asked me to give the phone back to the other guy. When he hung up the phone he said he isn't coming today. Completely unprofessional. The guy straight up lied to me on the phone. As of right now my phone is still not fixed. I would've preferred my cracked screen over this. A big problem I have always found with the majority of RadioShack locations was lack of knowledge on behalf of the salesperson. They seemed as if they just simply did not know much about their products or have as much knowledge as one would hope in regards to sale items and promotions. Now, I tend to only stop into RadioShack for small items, like batteries, cords, phone cases, and alike. Regarding my most recent visit, I was in and out of the store in about five minutes. I do have to give the sales girl credit for trying to get me to purchase a warranty plan for a $10 auxiliary cord. If you are a RadioShack fan, I recommend this location. Everything appears to run smoothly and the employees seem to have a little more of a clue what they are doing.
