I left work at 4:55, checked y'all's businesses hours which said nothing about closing at 5PM, it had y'all's regular hours 8:30am-7pm. Got there at 5:05pm & the doors were locked, mind y'all, it was 3 other customers & myself that were trying to get in, a lady came outside & said they closed at 5pm due to thanksgiving which makes no sense... So because of y'all not updating your hour i had to drive all the way down there for nothing, i was livid & still am as i'm typing this. Let me also mention that 2 weeks ago when i tried upgrading all 4 lines y'all were charging me $4000 when 3 phones had 1 payment left & my phone has $500 left to payoff which i was willing to pay off. BUT i was able to upgrade 2 phones for less than $350 but separate transactions... ridiculous. Oh & let me also mention how you guys sign us up for things we were never made aware of or even asked for. You guys signed me up for Verizon home device protection without asking & if it wasn't for me checking my bill a few days later after upgrading i would of never knew, i called to cancel & checked a day later & they never cancelled.
