After it not getting resolved, i went into the store with two devices for "number sync" which both devices are advertised to do. When I first went to the store, Jen appeared to want to help. Was very nice, face to face. Unable to resolve the issue in the moment, was told to give her roughly a week to reach out to her tech guy and she would contact me back. That was nearly 3 weeks ago. I have since called the store 4, yes 4 times, and each time told she was busy and would call me back. Here I am, 3 weeks later, multiple calls into her, with not a single call back. Incredibly disappointing. Save yourself time and find another location.
