What's more, it seems the sales staff at the Middlebury store seem to have committed fraud by returning some else's broken Iphone (they claimed was mine) so that I could not get the trade in promotion. I was sold a Samsung S23 Ultra from the verizon store a few months back and since it's all glass inevitably it will break. Fast forward to a few days ago, the phone slipped out of my hands and hit the pavement and cracked the big front screen and was flashing white lines at me.
