They were out of the cases that I wanted so she told me to come back on 2 weeks, which I did. When I went back to pick up my new case the sales guy seemed as if he couldn't have cared less. I had a receipt , it showed up in their records but he could not confirm I had not received the case. I assured him I had not. Basically, he was telling me that I was lying. When I asked to speak to the manager, this guy said he was in his St Pete store...but finally got him on the phone, which got me no where. The manager said the same thing: "Prove it." The discussion was insulting and unprofessional. I did leave with a case...but will never go back to this store again. I have had much better luck with the store in Palm Harbor.

Took two phones there for service…read more Phone 1: iPhone screen locked with apparent Apple virus notification. Tech explained that phone was not infected but it was a phishing scheme for me to click the "Apple" link to remove virus - for a fee of course. I didn't take the bait. Tech took care of it over the counter in 30 seconds without charge. Phone 2: iPhone needed a new battery. Tech explained that reason for battery failure was the charging case. He showed us the damaged battery when we picked up the phone and explained how to properly use the charging case to avoid future battery damage. Both iPhones: wanted them to add VPN to both phones. He told us they don't provide that service, but gave us a trustworthy web site to find a what we wanted. Polite, knowledgeable and took time to fully explain every issue. 100% satisfied.

Had me come to pick up the phone only to tell me once I arrived that he had just opened the parts received and realized he couldn't do anything. He said I would have to come back, but to try to be a big sport and make up for the inconvenience he said he would throw in a plastic screen cover. Once he was actually able to get my screen repaired, & came back begrudgingly to pick it up, he said the wrong phone screen cover arrived, again taking zero responsibility and not seeing how ridiculous he sounded. He told me I could return once again to get that once he re-ordered - had nothing in Stock. I declined, as I would never want to return to this establishment ever again! Still receiving random and kinda frequent issues with my screen functioning normally makes it all the more maddening that I put up with this process in the first place. Should've bought a new phone! Save your money for that & skip the nonsense in doing business with "I-Fix-A-Phone" because they barely do!
