Even if you arrive early and stand outside in Florida's oppressive heat before they open, there's no guarantee you'll be served first. On my latest visit I was first in line and tried to check in, but the kiosk was out of order. Staff said they'd "take care of me" but proceeded to serve everyone else instead. They processed quick bill payments and ignored the fact that I was there to purchase a $700 piece of equipment. The lack of customer service is shocking. Employees seem indifferent to customers who aren't there to pay a bill. There's no apology, no sense of urgency, and no communication. This isn't an isolated incident--it's been this way every few years when I've given them another chance. The store may have a convenient location near Best Buy but convenience doesn't make up for being treated poorly.
