    APS Electronics was assigned by Frigidaire to handle a warranty repair on our French door…read morerefrigerator. The unit completely failed (flashing panel, no lights, no water/ice). Frigidaire initially scheduled service for 11/10 with APS, but no one ever contacted us. We had to call APS ourselves and were told the earliest appointment was 11/13. On 11/13, the technician came out, confirmed the problem, but left without repairing the fridge and without giving any clear ETA for parts or a follow-up visit. 6 days later, we still have no updated appointment and we've been without a working refrigerator for more than 10 days, with a family of five and a lot of spoiled food. I called and left messages three times (!!!) with no follow-up from the company. Finally, 6 days later, I was able to get through, only to learn that.... an APS Electronics' technician could not obtain the part number from Frigidaire!!! In 6 days!!!! It took me one (!) 30-second Google search for the fridge model to get the parts diagram. To confirm, it took me one (!) 2-minute call to Frigidaire to ensure that I have the correct part number and to get the parts catalogue sent to me in the email. APS Electronics: unprofessional, unreliable, terrible customer service. Based on this experience - missed initial contact, lack of proactive communication, and no clear plan after the first visit - I would STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST using this company for anything.

They seem busy and seem polite but their goal is to get you to upgrade. I went to up grade but what ended up doing was a complete mess.... I found that I was not told or informed of the hidden fees or requirements to get a new device! I had a great plan I only wanted to explore better plans before changing! Well, little did I know they changed my plan with out authorization and gave me a new rate which I thought was ok! They asked my for a deposit to hold plan till the date I requested went home and read my paper work.... To my disappointment they had me set up with ANOTHER LINE plus several charges that were never addressed or told about... Less that 12 hours I returned to CANCEL MY ORDER TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER TOLD ME WHAT COLOR PHONE AND OTHER THINGD THEY CHANGED. I got my credit back after I dispute with the card company and said my plan has not changed.....wrong.... I had to go back and THEY WOULD NOT GO BACK TO MY OLD PLAN BUT OFFERD ANOTHER... This was a Bait n Switch accordingly by the Attorney General Office... yet even though their Policy can revert back with in 30 days... TRUST ME IT DOES NOT! Bottom line ..... Going Now to a different Cartier! So Much for Customer Loyalty! Seems this location was nice and helpful but in reality BUYER BEWARE! I was patient yet they screwed my plan with out my Authorization! Claiming my plan is not available anymore ! Do yourself a favor...... These so called Deals have Lots of hidden Fees and will make you pay for Services you don't need! SORRY GUYS AT THIS LOCATION.... After beginning the process, walked around and realized it was an authorized dealer. Guy was useless. Charged us for a device we didn't ask for or even wanted, we told him we didn't want it and he had to call corporate. Corporate charged us activation fee, return device fee and a month of service when we never left the store. Charged us 2 different fees for set up and trust me, we could do this easy set up ourselves. Then, prior to leaving, he tried to force us to buy overpriced accessories( cases, chargers, screen protectors). We told him no and he asked us 3 times. Finally told him the accessories are overpriced and we would buy elsewhere. Thus, go anywhere besides here. Terrible!!!!!

I purchased a connection wire but asked the front Greeter to help and she did.... I had what she chose in my hand and I still looked more and I noticed the one she gave me was 6 feet long and I noticed one for 5 feet long and I chose the shorter the box looked the same so I purchased it! When I brought it home it did not work so I drove back to return it! When I did.....the Cashier said that the Greeter that initially who gave me the right Wire Connection noticed I bought the wrong one and tried to catch me outside But I already left and so the Cashier had the Correct one for me and she tested it on my item I brought in and IT WORKED! The Moral of the Story..... BEST BUY EMPLOYEES KNOWS BEST!!!!! The two boxes were very similar and the photos the same on the Box and yet there was a slight difference which I did not notice! THANK YOU THE THAT GREETER WHO HELPED ME BUT ALSO THE CASHIER WAS TRULY VERY HELPFUL TO ME AND THATS WHY IN MY EXPERIENCE I WILL ALWAYS SHOP HERE FOR ALL MY TECHNOLOGY ITEMS! I spoke with multiple employees at the store trying to get a simple answer and no one gave a shit. I honestly think it's racism, which is really sad, because the employees were almost all black and brown, and I'm brown. Maybe because I look middle eastern was why they did this: but it's an experience so bad that I won't forget it. Half a fucking hour. To his credit the original guy I spoke with eventually helped me - but it was half a fucking hour. Have some fucking pride in your work, don't be a piece of shit, don't treat one customer like they're garbage and the next like they're royalty. I'm also a business owner and yeah I'm sorry but your business is run like total shit in this location, guys. If the message was "Fuck you, we don't want to help you," have the fucking balls to say it to me, don't waste all of our time on it. This was in January btw. Fuck yourselves.
