I learned the hard way NOT TO GO TO A NON AUTHORIZED VERIZON LOCATION! I have had to many issues and very frustrating to get an honest answer from anyone! This location is Authorized but not the one in Quincy or Braintree 5 corners! I had an appointment but it was not resolved so I left but the store is very organized and stocked but I still would not give this location 5 stars but I would give it 3! I think all Verizon locations need to have better customer service! I'm actually considering changing carriers do to the service Verizon does! read more

To anyone that needs assistance with their Verizon bill, getting a new phone or anything in between, DO NOT go to this location. This Verizon is a franchise store and they are SCAMMERS and LIARS. They just want your money. I was not aware of this until I went down to the Corporate store in the Braintree mall and they told me the same thing. The two "workers", or as I would call them "scammer sales people", names PIERRE and SLAD, gave me misinformation about my options to get a new phone, were laughing in my face and completely scammed me of 280$. I have since not been able to get my money back and have been going through Verizon representatives on the phone who acknowledge I have been scammed, and who have also tried to contact this store and have been hung up on multiple times and yelled at. Run as fast as possible. Walked in thinking it was corporate owned. Asked our terrible salesman Fsihaye is was corporate owned and he said yes. After beginning the process, walked around and realized it was an authorized dealer. Guy was useless. Charged us for a device we didn't ask for or even wanted, we told him we didn't want it and he had to call corporate. Corporate charged us activation fee, return device fee and a month of service when we never left the store. Charged us 2 different fees for set up and trust me, we could do this easy set up ourselves. Then, prior to leaving, he tried to force us to buy overpriced accessories( cases, chargers, screen protectors). We told him no and he asked us 3 times. Finally told him the accessories are overpriced and we would buy elsewhere. Thus, go anywhere besides here. Terrible!!!!! read more

Maliciously deceptive business practices. No accountability. They will refuse to give you actual prices. They will sell defective products like they are the best and then when they die within a year and you go to get them replaced they will say what an awful phone it is and to not bother with replacing it through the insurance but to buy this amazing new phone. They are commission based in the slimiest way possible. Avoid at all cost. They are training their employees to use these unethical tactics. It is their business model. My SIM card needed to be replaced and I tried to get to my closest Verizon store as quickly as possible. Per Yelp, the hours of operation were supposed to open at 9am and when I arrived at 9:30am the front door was locked. Purchased an iPad last week went back today to get help getting on the Verizon app to pay my bill. The salesman asked if I needed help I said yes I went over to his desk. He replied hold on while he play on the computer and his phone a few minutes later he actually asked me what I wanted to do. I told him what I wanted and he told me I needed to call the Verizon helpline which I was on the phone in the Verizon store for over 40 minutes. A complete joke still can't log into the Verizon app can't access my account. I should've just gone to the Apple Store from the start. I will never go back to this store again. read more

Walked in to get my phone upgraded per my plan, walked out and the guy not only somehow disconnected my Apple Music service, he managed to hike our family plan bill up to $600 a month. If I hadn't called corporate to get it sorted they would have scammed me out of an insane amount of money. Two weeks ago my phone was affected by malware. I went to the 5 Corners store in Braintree and was told I needed a new phone. No explanation was given of the costs or services I was going to be charged for the new phone. These ended up being $60 more than my existing plan. I am still not certain that I really needed a new phone. I then found that my emails were not coming through. I went back to the Braintree store and was told that I had to go to Comcast to get it fixed! Today I went to the Verizon store in Weymouth and got superb customer service. My e mail problem was fixed in 2 minutes. I asked to see details of my bill and then was able to remove $60 of unwanted services! There was also another woman behind me, who had the same problems with the Braintree store- her bill was excessively high and she also got services she did not want. The absolute worst. Terrible customer service and very shady business practices. They charge you without knowledge or permission for a Redux Membership at $29.99 even after you decline any types of protections. They would not refund over the phone and had to go back to the store for the credit. Completely ridiculous. I worked with Temeshgen and he was so rude and barely looked me in the eye. He did the bare minimum required. I was supposed to get a rebate fo my phone but of course his computer wouldn't let him process that - so I was charged the full price of the phone and told to call Verizon customer service to return the old phone for rebate and credit. Every question I had, he told me to use the Verizon App to get the info. Don't go to this store - just work with Verizon over the phone. read more

Elderly mother duped into buying a new phone that she didnt need. When she brought her iPhone into WIreless Zone because she got a benign error message and didnt know what it was-the Wireless Zone Sales associate told her she had over one hundred virus' on her iPhone and needed to replace it. There was not one virus on the iPhone as confirmed by Apple - only after she had been conned. When she tried to return the phone 24 hours later, the phone she was duped she was forced to pay restocking fee, and "initiation fees" totally over $350. Complete scam and disgusting that they would take advantage of an elderly-or anyone for that matter. Have filed complaints with BBB and Attorney Generals office. read more

Great Customer Service, Truman was outstanding and professional. although we were not able to solve my problem Truman kept at it until he exhausted everything he knew. i have tried to solve this problem with no success before. the fact that the problem was not solved was not a result of Truman not Trying his best and im very greatfull for all his effort. he also gave me suggestions on other avenues i should try. its easy to complain when you dont get the results you want but when someone tries their best. thats all i could ask for. read more

My first appointment here took a few hours, but overall, I was quite satisfied with the customer service I received. This past weekend? Not so much. I entered the store on a quiet Sunday afternoon & the one employee there was assisting one other customer (There were just 3 of us in the store). Did he greet me? No. Did he acknowledge my existence during the 20 mins. I sat there waiting for service? No. When I decided I was invisible & prepared to leave, did he say anything? Nope. It doesn't take much effort to say, "Hi, as you can see I'm with another customer. I'll be with you in XX minutes." Good thing there was only one other customer there at the time. I can't imagine how he'd handle 3 or 4. I took my business to Staples where I spent over $500. Sorry Verizon - you need to retrain your customer service specialists. Again. read more

I've always had great service at this Verizon store. Much better than going to the South Shore Plaza store, which is often very crowded. Yesterday, I got a new Samsung S9 and was in and out in a half-hour, including transferring nearly 5 years' worth of data -- and that's even with having to wait a few minutes while the sales rep finished up with another person. Very pleasant, positive, and professional experience all around. To the person who felt the person on duty should stop assisting an earlier customer just because you dropped in: What? Really? That would be pretty poor customer service to the person who was there first, I think. Even if it was "only one minute," I'd be pretty annoyed if someone did that to me; in fact, I would probably politely ask you to wait your turn myself. The sales rep made the right call. Also, why not mail your payment or pay online? Then you'll never have to wait. Not sure why Yelp thinks I live in San Francisco; I live within about 2 miles of this business. read more

I bought a new iPhone 12 from Scott at the Braintree 5 corners location. Beware, he is a slick salesman. I had to ask him several times to repeat exactly what it was going to cost me per month with the deal he offered. It was hard to get a straight answer. He told me that the protection plan "comes with it." In my world "Come's with it" means you don't pay for it. If I buy a car and the dealer says your first five oil changes "come with it," you don't expect to pay anything. Not so. I called Scott and he things that using that phrase is perfectly fine. "Just a thing with the English language." Insists it doesn't imply you don't pay for it. He also sold me 4 items that you can get for much less outside-that's my bad. He's supposed to sell. But he did tell me that "Apple changed the Lightning-to-USB-C cable, and you need to buy a new one power adapter." (because the new cable end is different. In fact you don't. Your old adapter and cord work fine-though the new one is faster. I long for Eric who used to own this store and was easy and transparent. read more

He told me 10 to 15 minutes, which was a joke, he couldn't kindly ask her to wait 1 minute so I could pay my bill.
