I know the owner is having some medical problems but I think that these hours are way too short! I recommend moving the hours from 3-6 if you want to get the most customers in my opinion because you can get student customers who come from school after 2:00 and workers who finish their 9-5 jobs. They wouldn't accept the job since the console had been opened in the past citing 'liability' concerns. The receptionist was rude and condescending during the encounter. This was a trial run as I planned on giving them a lot of console work in the future but I will be going elsewhere. I called another repair shop shortly after and they said they would take the job no problem and were able to essentially diagnose the problem over the phone (a solution consistent with that I explained over the phone). Perhaps Replay'd should adjust their policies and their attitude towards potential customers as they never know what opportunities may be lying on the other line.
