Good people. Not sure the past reviews but solid for me…read more Bought a screen protector for my phone. It was the wrong one. Came back the next day they didn't have the right one. They told me to come in two weeks. I was skeptical but whatever. I come back two weeks later. Guy remembers me and installs the right screen. Didn't look at the receipt just took care of it. Solid people.

They promise for 6 months or 1 year warranty but you won't get this in return and when you go back , they don't honor their words. This shop is full of lies and mistrust which has no honor and dignity. Beware! Don't fall for this scam. I am sharing this feedback to help future customers avoid being misled. * They overcharge for their services. * They use low-quality parts that do not last. * They promise a 6-month or 1-year warranty, but when you return with an issue, they refuse to honor it. This shop operates with dishonesty and broken promises. There is no trust, accountability, or professionalism here. I went here for an iPhone 14 Pro Max screen replacement. Our original plan was to get the repair done at the Apple Store, but they needed a few days, and we needed the phone fixed urgently. While leaving the Mall of Georgia, we noticed this shop and decided to check with them. The person at the shop promised a high-quality replacement screen and a 6-month warranty (instead of the 3-month warranty from Apple). Based on this, we agreed to the repair and paid $250. Just 6 days later, the screen stopped working. When we went back for the warranty repair, they refused, claiming we didn't have the 6-month warranty in writing. It's true that we didn't get written proof, which we should have asked for--but the warranty was clearly promised to us verbally. After we insisted and explained why no one would pay $250 for a screen that failed in a week, they finally agreed to replace it. However, I had to make three separate trips to the store because they kept saying the replacement screen wasn't available. On the final visit, when they finally replaced the screen, they forced us to pay an additional $100, even though the issue was clearly under the promised warranty. Final words: Do not trust this shop or individuals like "Johnny" (which seems to be a fake name). They make promises they don't keep, use questionable parts, and push extra charges on customers. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place.

The fall caused immediate and severe pain, and I believed I had seriously injured my ankle. I was also experiencing significant pain in my lower back and right wrist. After falling, I was crying and struggling to move. I observed employees standing near the front of the store at the kiosk area who appeared to witness the incident. Despite my visible distress and inability to stand, no one came outside to check on me or offer assistance. I was forced to crawl on my knees and eventually drag myself up and into the store because I feared remaining in the parking lot where vehicles were actively driving through the area. Once inside the store, I immediately asked for the manager and requested that someone call 911. I informed the employee assisting me that I was there to pick up an order but that I needed emergency medical assistance. A man who identified himself as Donald and stated that he was the manager came out to speak with me. According to my recollection, he stated that they were not nurses or doctors and that they sold phones, and he refused to call 911 on my behalf. Instead, I was told to call 911 myself. At that point, I was in extreme pain, crying, and struggling to communicate. Nevertheless, I called 911 on my own. When the dispatcher requested the store address, I was unable to provide it, and a Verizon employee eventually supplied the address to the dispatcher. What was most upsetting to me was not simply the fall itself, but what I perceived to be a complete lack of compassion, concern, and basic assistance during a medical emergency occurring directly outside and inside a Verizon corporate location. I felt dismissed and abandoned at a time when I was clearly injured and in distress. As a result of this incident, I sustained multiple injuries and have required medical attention. In addition to the physical injuries, the experience has left me deeply upset and yconcerned about the level of customer care demonstrated at this location. I am not writing this letter to criticize Verizon as a company. In fact, I hope that this incident is not representative of Verizon's values or expectations for customer service. My purpose is to ensure that senior leadership is aware of what occurred and to request a thorough review of the incident.
