I was skeptical it could be fixed. I called around for prices, and FastFix had the best. As soon as I told Neil what was going on with my phone, he knew how to fix it. I was planning on running errands while he fixed my phone, but ended up locking my keys in my truck. Neil was extremely easy going and friendly. He made sure my 2 year old daughter and I were comfortable. He even let her watch her favorite movie on his Netflix while we waited. Even better, my phone was fixed before AAA got there. I haven't had a problem with my phone since. Not only did he fix my phone, but his customer service made my bad day better.

I called about 4:30 to see if it was ready and was told he had to order a part and I couldn't get my phone until Monday. Well, excuse me but did I say it's okay to keep my phone until Monday? I certainly did not. He claimed he called my husband, that's a lie. No missed call, no voicemail. He said the other guy who worked on my phone "used the wrong glue", whatever that means, and then literally in the same sentence accused ME of cracking my phone! I told him put my phone back together, I'm coming to get it. He's a terrible person to deal with. ZERO customer service skills. These reviews literally have to be his friends and family. THE BEST PART IS 8PM, MY ENTIRE PHONE SCREEN IS NOW BLINKING BRIGHT GREEN AND I CAN'T GET IT TO STOP. NOW MY PHONE IS COMPLETELY UNUSEABLE. When I was a kid, my parents had a streak of 3-4 phones they got at Radio Shack, all of them with problems. Because of this, and other problems with quality and customer service, they encouraged me to never shop at Radio Shack. Well, after 25 years, I regretfully tried Radio Shack again. I was looking for a phone line for my DSL/Internet. I told the clerk I wanted the best quality possible, even if he directed me elsewhere. He assured me I was looking at the best. I bought 50' and 100' because I was not sure which I needed and figured I could return the one I didn't use. Well, a month after I put the 50' in, the ISP guy said the line was crap, and ripped it out and put the his good stuff in. Then, when I tried to return the 100' foot line, the store I bought it from was going out of business and not accepting any returns. Then, other Radio Shacks said they could not accept returns from a store that was going out of business. I'm not surprised that it is going out of business, and expect many others to follow suit soon. I should have listened to my parents. Oh yea, my wife found the $18 line for $8 on the Internet, so she is not so happy either. Go to Radio Shack for overpriced, low-quality junk if you want to, or take my parents advice.
