They are so nice to you the day you're purchasing everything and make it sound so great-they got my monthly payments to $130 which is where I needed it to be. I got the couch in March and have made payments of $130 each month--so 9 months of payments, for a total of $1,170. My balance is still at $1100! Its just a basic couch, nothing special, not even a living room set with tables and all...only a couch. At the end I'm going to end up paying over $2000 for a couch because of the high interest....definitely not worth it!! Not to mention ONE month out of the past 9 I was a couple of days late because of the way my paycheck fell. They started calling the day after it was due on a Tuesday and I told them I would not be able to pay until Friday...4 days late..this was not acceptable and they called EVERY SINGLE DAY until I made a payment Friday. I could understand if I was over 15 days late, but 4 days late and you're blowing my phone up twice a day when I spoke to a representative on Tuesday to say I would be paying Friday? That is just ridiculous! A few of the employees are rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER do business here again.
