The store had the machine in stock, and I appreciated that an associate brought it out to my car for me. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there wasn't a display model available to see before purchasing, and the customer service was fairly average. Overall, a smooth transaction and I'm looking forward to using my new Ninja.

The whole reason for placement in the small one story kitchen was because of back problems that I cannot simply lift. These guys called their manager which stated yes they can place in the kitchen and they simply left without doing so. So next time u need delivery and install think twice they don't follow instruction. I give Best Buy customer service delivery contractors a negative -5.

We just stare at each other for a while and then someone (maybe a manager) peeks around the corner and the lump decides to put his phone away and finally at a snails pace decides to get up. He mumbles, he shrugs, he yawns so wide til I see down his throat and basically offers no help for my screen besides "just file a claim" there was no follow up. I had to prompt every single response from him. I finally left much to his relief and figured out it's a hardware issue which I googled and answered all my own questions. So no, filing a claim doesn't help at all. That's the person who is the face of your store? Do better.

Between the 2 items, I had to drive there 5 different times from Plymouth with my 3 toddlers in tow. My phone is worse than it was when I turned it in. It had a problem with the charger port, but now multiple speakers aren't working right. My phone is useless for talking on and now for watching any videos (think because they opened it multiple times and things got messed up inside). They replaced the charger port and then people couldn't hear me. The guy originally got defensive and claimed it must be the other peoples phones that are an issue, not mine. They replaced it again saying the speaker on the new charger port unit could be bad (it was) and they've had issue with that particular brand before. The next one worked at first, but then it messed up as well. I had to miss a medical appointment, have missed calls with loved ones and lots of inconveniences because of it (not to mention all the gas money and time I spent on my days off trying be done with it all). I can't afford a new phone. My iPad had a shattered spot off to the side of the screen. It still worked just fine. If I would've known there was a chance they could break the motherboard, I would've never risked it. They broke the motherboard and now my iPad doesn't work at all and the screen is destroyed. I don't have money for an iPad either. Multiple times they tried to sell me a used one they had. They don't seem like they've been doing this all that long. The vibe was shady from the start. Zero integrity and I don't believe they're honest. Wish I went with my gut and walked out. Oh and no refunds. Once you pay, it's theirs.

I had checked them out a couple of days before and wanted to do some price checks before coming back. Tre - the owner - was very helpful and said this was his second iPhone7 battery replacement today and I was in luck because he had one battery left. YAY!!!! It took about half an hour to get the work done and only cost me $70. I would highly recommend this service.

He looked right at me and said absolutely nothing. No "Welcome in," no "I'll be right with you," not even basic acknowledgment. I stood there waiting while he continued helping the family as if I didn't exist. A few minutes later, a young woman came out from the back and said she could help the next person. Someone else stepped up, and I continued waiting. Fast‑forward 45 minutes, and I still had not been acknowledged by anyone. I stepped outside briefly to take a phone call because it's rude to talk on the phone inside a small store. When I walked back in, the manager--who had ignored me the entire time--finally spoke to me, and the first thing out of his mouth was something along the lines of, "Please don't go in and out, it messes up our count." That was literally the first time I had stepped out. He then asked if I had a "quick question." I asked if they had the iPhone 17 Pro Max. He said yes, and that was the end of the conversation. No offer to help, no follow‑up, nothing. He went right back to ignoring me. A few minutes later, my wife called to check on me. I stepped to the corner of the store to talk quietly. She ended up calling another location, and they confirmed they had the phone and could help me immediately. She texted me the update, and I walked out. I will never return to this location. The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Two employees working in a high‑traffic area is wild, especially when the other location had six employees and gave me excellent service. I wouldn't recommend this Topsy location to anyone--not even a dog. If the manager happens to read this: acknowledge your customers and treat people with basic respect. The way you handled me was unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
