Turns out Zagg only gives a 30 day warranty, and they wouldn't budge for the extra 6 days. After spending almost $100 on a new battery, I am now drifting from plug to plug. This store is an absolute joke. My fiance was charged $35 for his prepaid plan when they had him on…read morea $45 plan. He was supposed to be on the $35/mo plan but the associate somehow changed it. (She also said there was a $10/month unlimited plan and my fiance asked the manager about that and he said does not exist) Because she changed it, when he paid $35 it didn't activate 'his plan'. She said the only thing we could do now was call the number and get a refund that way. It would not be credited to his plan. He asked if they stole his money and if legal would have to get involved. She banned him from the store to where he is not allowed to pay his bill in store. We then had to pay the $45 to get it activated. When I went into the store to pay it (since she banned him) she let me get into his account even though I am not an authorized user. So this associate seems to not follow the rules and makes things up as she goes.
