    Why does it take spectrum 5 minutes to add service and 3 Hours to cancel? Worse customer service ever. What a scam! Price is outrageous!

    WARNING WILL TRY AND SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY…read more Ive never made a review ever in my life but these people are so malicious I have to warn people I wanted a simple upgrade using their 650 promo trade in offer, paid for the upgrade and come to find out they charged me for the wrong line and the wrong phone and tell me that the I CANNOT get a refund and plus they wouldn't accept my iPhone 14 as a trade in despite being listed in the promo and would have to pay the full 1000 dollars plus another upgrade fee of 350 again for a total of 1700 before taxes. Utter insanity and blatant fraud. On top of that they ARENT authorized by Verizon to manage Verizon Business accounts and did not disclose that to me. They also by passed the security of Verizon by not requiring the authorized account holder verify any of these changes and did exactly what I wanted without prior authorization from the account holder. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. Thank god Verizon on Dell Range literally took 10 minutes to fix their scam and told me never to go there again, suggest you all do the same.

    Bluepeak has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I have ever had…read more I was genuinely excited to see they offered fiber in Cheyenne, Wyoming, especially at the speeds they advertised, because I was moving back to town. I drove 120 miles to be there for the installation, only for the installer to arrive and tell me they could not complete it because Bluepeak had never even had a line run to the house. That was just the beginning. When I called customer service, I spoke to one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. She repeatedly talked over me, yelled while I was trying to explain the situation, and was completely unprofessional. I asked for a supervisor callback and never received one. When I called back again to find out what was happening, I was told no one had even been scheduled to come out and dig the line to the house. After all of that, I asked for the dig to be expedited because of the previous failures. I was told it had been. Then I received a call from their contractor saying they were going to complete the line work. When I arrived at the property two days later, nothing appeared to have been done. I called the contractor, and they told me the work had been completed. So I called Bluepeak again and scheduled another installation for today. The installer showed up and once again told me there was no line dug. I gave the installer the contractor's number, and then the contractor admitted there had been a mistake. Apparently, they marked or hit a CenturyLink line instead of actually running Bluepeak's line. Only then did they say they would try to get someone out that day to correct it. After all of these mistakes, wasted trips, misinformation, poor coordination, and terrible customer service, I called Bluepeak again and was basically told there was not much they could do. This company has wasted my time, cost me money, and shown a complete lack of communication, planning, and accountability. I would be extremely cautious before using Bluepeak. High advertised speeds mean nothing if they cannot even manage a basic installation process or treat customers with basic respect.

I got the " Sorry something happened" numerous times every day. Then I was double charged for one month. They said they never received the payment even though Visa showed it paid on my bill. Had to have Visa print and send out duplicate copies. Also kept increasing prices. After the problem with the billing I gave up and decided to go back to Spectrum. When you can't even keep even the local channel on the air and you can't keep track of billing even though you charge my charge account I just can't deal with it any more. I had better service with bunny ears years ago and that was free. Very unhappy and disgusted with them after all the hype how "rock solid" fiber was.
