I set up a warranty claim through Asurion and took my phone to the shop with the front cover screen still functioning perfectly fine. Whichever tech was fixing my phone should probably not be fixing any Samsung folding phones. Following the "repair", the phone would no longer turn on...at all. The technicians said they followed all of Samsungs troubleshooting and promptly filed a full replacement. I have now lost priceless family photos, passwords, etc and all for what was supposed to be a routine screen repair. While Asurion/ubreakifix has said I should be receiving a replacement tomorrow. I find it unacceptable to not additionally compensate for data lost and the near inability to access security software needed for my job due to this colossal screw up. I understand that accidents happen, but just replacing the phone does not cut it in this case.

Both my wife and I scheduled appointments in July of 2025 to get our batteries replaced in our Google pixels. Walked in to the location and understandably was turned away because they didnt have the batteries on hand. Unfortunately they didn't call ahead to tell us so I wasted my time driving there for my appointment but not a huge deal. After that, I was told I would be called in 4-6 weeks when they had the batteries. At 8 weeks still no call, so I called. I was told they didn't have either me or my wife on the wait list and that we would have to wait for more batteries to come in. Not sure why we weren't on the list? We had an appointment two months prior. I called again in September and was told no batteries available. Fast forward to today, May of 2026 almost a year later than the initial appointment I got an email that my appointment had been cancelled. I called in and the guy j spoke with had no record of me or my wife in his system and said "oh you can come in anytime, we've had the batteries available!" After waiting 10 months for a battery and 0 communication from this company it was pretty sad to hear the batteries are available and likely have been available for quite some time.

Bret's shop had a backlog of work due to COVID and he told me he wasn't able to get parts for months but now he can order parts. He took the time to troubleshoot the TV over the phone and diagnosed the problem to be a bad power supply. He gave me a reasonable "ball park" idea of the repair cost over the phone which I thought was reasonable compared to what others were quoting. I also found out Bret was an Air Force veteran like me and am glad he's using his military training to make a living on the civilian economy. There are not enough guys like Bret around anymore. Thank you Bret for your military service and the help you gave me.

I was told they were still working on them, and would need another week. I waited another week and called back irritated that it'd been now five weeks. I received an attitude, to which I told him to take out the components, return it to the condition to which I dropped it off and that I'd be in the following day to pick up my equipment. I was again met with tension and said I was not allowed to pick up my equipment and that they would not be ready to be picked up. I drove to the shop only to find it was closed, even though I went during business hours. Fast forward another six weeks and I finally received a call saying they were done. All said and done, I was without my equipment for a total of three months, nine weeks longer than the initial estimate. Finally happy to have my equipment back, I picked them up and heard they were working temporarily at the shop. I got home, hooked them up and the problem persists, only this time the static "hiss" noise is far louder and more noticeable. I am extremely displeased with how I was treated and that even after three months, my equipment is still not fixed. He does warranty his work for 90 days after pickup, however I will not be returning. I am completely disgusted with my experience. I understand some products may be more difficult and require more attention, but please provide status updates if repairs are going to take longer than expected. The fact that I was never given any updates and received a negative attitude when I would inquire about my equipment warrants a low rating and a warning to others.
