You will have better service calling Verizon customer service rather than going into this store. There was a guy that "assisted" me with poor service as he walked away with the nastiest attitude telling me to call *611. Olympia was not empathetic at all after sending me home with the wrong internet box which I was charged for and false advertising, no accountability at all. I also didn't receive no refund from the store as far as the return fee. Will not be returning here for service again! I recommend VERIZON as a whole.The company invests Billions yearly to stay on top of the heap. What I do have a sec mall grip about is the in store experience. This is for ALL cell phone providers. Getting a new device is like buying a car. Fast talking salespeople who leave things out .NOW...STAY WITH ME. NO, you not expected to hold my hand through all the fine print. I'm an adult and have been for a while. What I do expect is a blanket explanation of almost everything-or- targeted explanations of the most "important " things. Get what I mean there. I've never had worse customer service. John, my designated representative, decided based on his judgement and judgment alone that my child's watch had water damage and didn't even look up my account before saying "I'm not even going to f*&king help you" and walked me to the door. I guess I have to look for a new provider since I can't complain to his manager because I didn't feel like I was going to get a fair shake if that's how I was treated and there is no way to actually log a complaint otherwise. read more

I needed a new phone but am technically deficient! Led by Melanie, I got the phone, was given a huge credit on my old phone, and had everything transferred from old to new with explanations about usage and new features. More to the point, I got a great price( old and loyal) but was so pleased to get such personal service from the patient associates. Was thrilled not to have to go to Harbison! Highly recommend! Do not try this location if you want customer service. I had 4 different representatives before leaving the store with my issue still an issue. The customer service rep was helping someone on the phone as he tried to help me. Then suggested the use of the app? I'm in the store. I suggest another location as these people could care less if I was a Verizon customer or not. Having dropped and cracked the screen on my Samsung A21, which I had bought from Straight Talk for $99, I was curious about obtaining quotes from various providers. I have been a Straight Talk customer for several years on an Unlimited plan for just $35 a month, auto-pay. Excellent service and coverage. Upon arriving at Verizon, a greeter met me at the door. I told her that I would like a quote, and she set me with an associate who acted like she couldn't care less that I was there. She quoted me monthly services at $5 for the phone, Unlimited plan for $75 (including a $5 discount for being a new customer and $12 a month insurance. With fees approximately $100 per month. Shocked, I inquired about a pre-paid plan....if I had opted for that, I would be charged $249 for the phone and $60 per month service and $12 monthly for insurance. What? So, I left and immediately went to Wal-Mart, purchased the same exact phone for $99...and a 2 year comprehensive insurance policy for $21. Potential Verizon customers beware! read more

Stay away from here and go to the Forest Drive location or you will ultimately waste your time and lunch hour. People come and go and do not sign in upon arrival which adds to the mayhem here. Once you finally get waited on nothing can be done about your issue and it's something you usually most complete on your own. But they will try to sell you an iPad after they cannot fix your problem. Verizon has been charging me for a line I don't have for 6 months and also charged me for a line access fee and total mobile protection for a phone i had lost and did not have anymore. This totaled $295. Now they credited me $140 for the phantom line that i had no idea was about but they refused to give me back my line access charge which i never accessed and an insurance plan on a phone that i did not have. I spoke to the Supervisor Alexis out of the Columbia South Carolina office who was very combative in my opinion and refused to return the money that was essentially stolen from me because i did not carve an hour and a half to talk on the phone with them earlier. Apparently it's OK to steal as long as it goes unreported. I will be filing law suit next week!!! read more

I'd give this location a '0' if I could. We walked in on 08/03/21 to buy 3 iPhone 12's. Yes - I went in to purchase 3 expensive phones - that was lost on the sales team. We were promptly greeted and put into the queuing system. Five minutes later we were met by a sales associate and we explained what we were shopping for. Our sales associated communicated with us through a series of grunts that were meant to communicate the fine of qualities of the iPhone 12 and how the various models differed. If only that was true. Actually, he simply said "here it is" and waved his hand over the various display phones. He was not able to answer simple questions, or explain any possible promotions available to anyone, like me - a Verizon customer of 15 years who wanted to buy three phones right now. After more grunts, he directed us to call a Verizon support number for promotions; that person said that the local sales staff do that all the time and that the local sales staff have the same information as phone support. We left the store without the sales person acknowledging us or asking if we had any questions. We then went to AT&T. We were greeted and a sales associate spent 45 minutes crafting a deal to acknowledge the purchase we were making. We sat on the AT&T deal over night and I found a great deal back with Verizon that was available to all loyal customers. I wanted some personalized service at the branch and the result made me want to switch carriers. I did business with Verizon despite the ineptness and poor service of this location. My advice - avoid this location at all costs - at least for a next month or two until all of the employees turn over. It is so simple to sell mobile phones and easy to apply customer loyalty discounts; branch managers have discretion. read more

We stopped in today to deal with issues regarding our phone usage as we have evacuated from Naples, Fl from Irma. Greeted as soon as I walked in, it took about ten minutes for our number to be called and be assisted by Shaun. He immediately resolved our issue and offered us suggestions and options to follow once we returned to Florida regarding our service. He was friendly, professional and I even suggested the folks at Verizon in Naples could use a lesson or two from him on customer service. read more

Would not recommend this location to anyone. I went to this store with a friend of mine so she could talk about some issues she's having with her phone. I witnessed the one employee (John Swindler) roll his eyes and make faces at the other employee (Ricardo Phillip). When I confronted John Swindler about what he just did, he began to lie to me about it. All this was done right in front of the manager which did not say one single word to the employee about it. This store is straight up sketchy and I will take my business in the future elsewhere.... read more

Guy named Deivis was a great help to me. I came in with an issue on my Jetpack and the staff was assisting me in a fix when my iPhone suddenly died. Deivis jumped eighth to action and address the issue. I went from thinking I was dropping another $700 on a new device to fixed -- with 60 seconds. Thanks y'all! read more

Well, it took a while to get "help" here, close to an hour of waiting, standing around staring at the same phones over and over, but three hours later left with the phone my daughter wanted, added on to our Verizon account. The sales guy was helpful, but not as knowledgeable as he should have been, and had to keep checking with another employee for phone features, prices, and plan details. read more
