    Just came back from his location. Note on door saying gone to lunch back in one hour. Didn't say…read morewhen they left or would return. We waited 45 minutes for him to return. He never gave us his name. Had on a hoody with hood on. Said he didn't have what we were looking for. Asked if he would call Harbison store since we waited 45 minutes for him and he said no he was not affiliated with Harbison store. NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE. AWLFUL SERVICE.

He told my husband they would get the trades processed. 6 iPhones have disappeared and they refuse to give us our credits. I thought at first it was an honest mistake and they were just misplaced in the back. When we first noticed we didn't have our credits we were told to give it 3 billing cycles. After 3 billing cycles and still not seeing the credit we were told to email a list of the devices we traded to Robert. We did this and still didn't see our credits. Then Robert said they had to look at security footage, then told us it wouldn't go that far back; so they'd have to go through loss prevention. This all started back in November of 2020. AT&T reached out to the store. All the store has to do is something called a "benefit of the doubt" and AT&T will honor our credits. Robert wouldn't even do that. He told AT&T he could neither confirm nor deny our devices were brought to the store. I asked to speak to the owner to which Robert told me he could get his DM Amanda Carlson to call me. That was 8/18/21 and I haven't received a call yet.

The store is in the Sandhills area at a corner which makes it very easy to find. Parking is wide open so you won't have any issues getting into the store quickly. Once you enter, the customer care team is so nice, it's amazing!!! They provide awesome customer service. They are more than willing to take the time to ensure you understand what your account looks like and where you need to go to have the best experience with them. They aren't hunting for the big sale to trap you into a big contract. They just take what you need and facilitate your expectations. They even help you find ways to reduce your bill monthly which was a huge winner in my eyes. They were patient with me when I didn't understand my account set up and were just an all-around great help. I genuinely enjoyed my time at this store and especially Samantha.     I was having trouble upgrading my phone to the new model online so I came into this store hoping I…read morecould get that taken care of and be on my merry way. When I came in there were only 2 people working and 3 customers. This was fine... but what wasn't fine is that neither of the two employees bothered to greet or acknowledge me. Now, you might say, "they were busy helping other customers". Okay, sure, but I think a brief "welcome be right with you" wouldn't be so difficult. Anyway, when one associate was done they immediately went to another person without even bothering to glance in my direction or acknowledging I was even in the store. Not even a "one moment while I help this person". Whatever the case, I waited for another 10 minutes before I realized that it'd be a waste of my time if they didn't have the phone I wanted in store because I wanted to upgrade the same day. I tried to get one associates attention to ask and they answered with "I don't think so", which is fair and got them a point for honest estimation. But past that it wasn't a great experience to stand there wasting time hoping to get noticed by an associate to be helped.
