Worthless customer service. If I could give a zero, I would. I misplaced my phone with the ringer turned off, called them and they "would" not help me. NOT "could" not help me. All they had to do was turn on my ringer for a few minutes, then I could locate it easily. All they did was keep repeating their 3rd world country response. This place is the worst I've ever experienced! They dont even deserve the one star as another wrote. We have been trying to resolve an issue for over a year now without any satisfaction. I would highly suggest going somewhere else, a totally different phone company itself. As even the 1 800 number gives us the run around. I feel like I have gotten the old "Bait and Switch " game played on us . We switched over from a different company as they were giving us a better deal . I went out to my car, and after awhile I figured it out myself. Thanks for nothing. This place is run by a bunch of snide assholes. My father purchased an iPhone from them. He had never had anything besides a flip phone so of course he had a lot of questions about how to set it up. He went back in a few times to get some help and they made him feel stupid. The man ran a very successful business for over 30 years. He was not stupid. Fast forward a month or so later (really just 11 days ago), my father passes away unexpectedly, leaving my mother and I heart broken. My mom went in to see if they could help her retrieve voicemails he had left on her phone. Again, the workers made her feel like shit for even asking. F**k these pricks. Got sent out to this store from another one to have my girlfriend's phone repaired. We waited for roughly an hour which doesn't factor into my review, sometimes you gotta wait. We finally got called up and started working with a "technician". He took the phone and tried a few things, plugging it in to a computer, but nothing super involved. After 10 minutes he basically told us he had no idea what the problem was, and that he would have to send it into the repair facility which would take 2 weeks. Obviously my girlfriend wasn't havin any of that. We left with the phone and I finally started to think about what might be wrong with the phone. I had an idea so that night I hooked it to WiFi and updated the software, boom! Brand new phone working perfectly! This was like beginner level repair and it totally stumped a person working at a repair center for these problems, nice effort! read more

Worst customer service ever. I've given this store numerous chances to redeem themselves after our first terrible experience, however, they continue to hold to their name & offer horrible customer service. Many of the employees we've encountered are clueless to our needs, rude, and very rarely have we left with anything solved. We already have their service, all they have left is to offer the consumer customer service - yet, they are far from that. I walked into AT&T on Riverdale Boulevard in Coon Rapids after struggling on the phone for three days with AT&T and met Brian C, a retail sales consultant, who within a half an hour had my devices set up on data and my problem fixed and I could go on with my day!! My boyfriend and I went to the Coon Rapids location to unlock our iPhone 5 to give to my little sister for her birthday. We have done this same thing with one of our other phones that we gave to one of my best friends, and there was no problem getting it unlocked and switched over from At&T to T-Mobile. Same situation. We went in to this location, and ALL the workers were sitting at the tables on their tablets and phones. We had one lady approach us, who was wearing normal street clothes, and didn't even look like she even worked there. She was pretty rude, as well. We told her our situation, and she told us to go online and do it, because they couldn't do it in the stores, mind you we have already been in this same situation once, and they unlocked the phone IN THE STORE. Then she went and sat back down at the table. We attempted to unlock it online, in the store, in case we had any questions. We had to have her look up our PIN number for the phone, since its been a while since we had used the phone. My husband went up to the counter, and waited for someone to approach him. Everyone still sat at the tables on their phones, and tablets. It took me getting up and saying something for the lady to go back up to him and help him out. None of those people sitting down at the tables, NONE of them, looked like they worked there. They all were wearing regular street clothes. All I gotta say is lazy workers, and full of unprofessionalism. I'm glad my phone is through T-Mobile. read more
