A very nice clean store with many product and service offerings. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I checked in with the greeter who took my information and the reason I was there which was to return my old router and terminate my service with Xfinity.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We waited around 15 minutes until an agent was able to accept the unit and provide me with a return receipt.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I don't know what my final bill would look like or if there was a return fee. That wasn't explained. What I know is that I'm responsible for internet services at 4 different locations. One is run by Sparklight, the other Cox Communications, Comcast/Cablevision and finally Xfinity. As a comparison, Xfinity has the lowest internet speed with the highest cost per month. In fact, cost is 30% higher than the highest other provider and over 100% higher than the company I switched to. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you want to review your service or talk about Mobile service, then don't go the last 2 days of the month.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've been there also to get Mobile service and no issues and happy with my results. I went to Xfinity Mobile during a stressful move, simply to return my old internet box. While there, a representative offered what sounded like a great deal: upgrade to a new iPhone, Xfinity would pay off the $198 remaining balance on my current phone, and there would be *no cost to me* -- just savings. Fast forward 1 hour and 15 minutes later, I was hit with an unexpected $200 down payment, which was never mentioned upfront. To make matters worse, the rep was unable to port my number over from T-Mobile. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was told I could finish the process easily at home, but shortly after I left, the same rep called to inform me there was a port block on my number and that I had to come back -- but "only when she was working."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I returned two days later (I moved to a new house in between) and spent over an hour trying to resolve it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Xfinity blamed T-Mobile, so I made multiple lengthy calls to T-Mobile, only to be told everything was fine on their end and it was actually Xfinity's issue.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then I was told by T-Mobile-- contrary to what was originally promised by Xfinity-- that I HAD to pay off the remaining balance on my phone before the port could proceed. I reluctantly did this, yet still couldn't activate my new phone. Back at Xfinity, I was told no one had ever heard of needing to pay off the phone for a port to go through, but since I had, I now had to wait 48 MORE HOURS. I went back again on Wednesday and was told the port was STILL blocked. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They said they'd send a request to T-Mobile, but that I also needed to visit a T-Mobile store.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The T-Mobile store said they never received ANY request or communication from Xfinity.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I returned to Xfinity AGAIN the following day at 7pm after a very long workday, and spent another 90+ minutes there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Finally, they told me the number would be released "sometime between that moment and 4am on Saturday 4/12," but they couldn't say when.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It is now Saturday, and nothing happened at 4am. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'm still on the phone (90 minutes in) with Xfinity, they told me to bring T-Mobile into the call.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This has been an exhausting, frustrating, and frankly a HORRIFIC experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've spent hours and hours going back and forth between both companies, all because of unclear communication, broken promises, and complete lack of ownership on Xfinity's part.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I now have a new phone that I still can't use, countless wasted hours, and zero resolution. I went here at 11am on a Sunday (today) and [[HIGHLIGHT]]my service associate Chris was absolutely awesome.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Chris fixed issues on our account and got us the best deal on a specific plan we wanted. My elderly parents drove 25 minutes to this store to get help with her email that won't work on her iphone. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The first person was of no help and they left.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then they came back to have another person help them and were told emails won't come through to her phone because yahoo has bought comcast emails. Yet, on their home computer they get the emails. No one offered to look at her phone or try and fix the problem. Terrible service, I would encourage others to avoid this store. read more

Very disappointed in this store! I got an iPad that seemed like an AMAZING deal, $12 a month for 2 years, there had to be a catch right? Fees or Something? Nope he said it was just that you get the iPad for $12 but you have to pay it off over 2 years and you have to have data on it, that was it. I have unlimited for my phone and was led to believe this was going to be on the same data as that no strings, well turns out the sales guy left out a ton of info and gave false answers to our questions, whether on purpose or not I'm now stuck with a huge monthly bill, that I never would've signed up for had I been given the honest information on this so called deal! Did not once mention a data fee or monthly line fee, this "amazing deal" is now costing me extra! I would've never ever agreed to this and just bought the iPad at the Apple Store had I known! A tree branch has fallen and took our internet wire down , that was saturday ,service was promised the next day then monday ,then tuesday , we did'nt bother calling today because it feels like they're just stringing us along, for tuesday the tech was to arrive bet. 7-9 am. But no call, no show.this service is not cheap, last month some sports subsciption was added which we did not ask for,they took it off but not before charging for the month, it takes forever to get thru to talk to someone. Considering canceling service, more than likely won't get credit promised for lost service.don't you just love automated service,ooh and after years with them they now telling us about senior citizen discount. Both my daughter and I were customers of Verizon Wireless and wanted to combine our bills to one to save some money. Verizon and Xfinity both had the same deals, I decided since I had internet services and have been a Comcast/Xfinity customer for YEARS it was a no brainer. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The young lady (Zoey) we had was very good, she wrote everything down for us and gave us 3 different options we could choose from. I was very impressed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Now here's where it gets crazy. My phone was paid off and nothing was wrong with it, my daughter had a newer phone and was going to just transfer her number to Xfinity. BUT this young lady talked us into getting new phone for a few dollars more a month and they would send my daughter a $500 gift card to pay off her old phone from Verizon. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked 3 times, the gift card would be emailed to me before her phone bill is due, and she said oh for sure. Well that was a LIE![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We also were never told we would have to pay over $200 that day. As a sales person myself I was like oh ok I see you. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have been on the phone every week with Xfinity since then. At one point I was told the $500 was applied to my bill, I'm sorry WHAT! DO NOT use them for any type of service! They increase your bill without notifying you. If you call the hotline to ask about concerns they will lie and tell you matters have been resolved then proceed to charge/send bills to collections without customer's knowledge. Worst customer service we've ever experienced. Save your money and your sanity, tv service is not worth the headache. I just visited your xfinity store at 42 Centerton Rd, Mt Laurel, NJ 08054 and am livid by the lack of respect they have for customers time. I came in, only to purchase xFi pods, which I said to a rep when I got to the store. He had me sign in, and then gave me the box with the pods. I proceeded to wait almost 25 minutes for my name to be called for check out, even though there were only 3 people ahead of me. Once my name was called I was told the system that processes accessories are down and they are trying to fix it, can I wait 5 more minutes. I proceeded to wait and that 5 minutes became 15, when they were finally able to get the system up. However, if I was told when I first came in the system was down I would have just come back!!!! I even asked did the system just go down and was told it was down all morning!! I am seriously considering cancelling! I cannot believe that no one has more consideration for people's time! read more

My mom and I stopped in on a Tuesday around 5. The store was buzzing, and the staff was happily taking care of customers. The store itself is totally modern and there are ipads and contemporary furniture throughout the building. When you enter you can sign in on an ipad and see your waiting status on a TV screen in the back, when staff is available they'll call your name. The young man that helped us was great. He ended up upgrading the cable boxes we were returning at no cost. The drive to the Xfinity store is less stressful and more enjoyable than any wait time you would experience by calling their help line- so check it out! read more

A pleasant change from how the old locations looked. Pretty organized as far as taking your name and calling you when you go in. Workers were knowledgeable (they noticed and fixed an issue they saw when we upgraded a feature with a phone rep). Very similar in look to a Verizon cell phone or ATT cell phone store; different accessories are available for you to touch/try.. Would visit this location again if needed. read more

Got my bill from comcast 2 weeks ago, it was more then usual, so my wife called up comcast. trying to get the bill lowered, The woman we talked to said that she could lower it down and that we would not lose any of the stations we already had. She did something and all of a sudden we lost a whole bunch of stations. when we called back, we were told that would fix it, and it would take 24 hours. After 24 hours nothing happen, called back and my wife was on the phone for close to 2 1/2 house and finally got the answer to the problem. We lost the channels and would have to pay more to get them back, even tho we have had them for years. Was told that they no longer have those bundles and too bad. To make matters worst, got a bill from netflix that charged my account 16.00. That was another station that i lost. If i could find another company, i would jump at the chance. I had a horrible experience in this store. When I asked to the supervisor I was asked to wait. After waiting the supervisor would not even come out to speak with me. Comcast Xfinity has the worst customer service system on the face of the earth. It is almost impossible to get to a live person and their on line "chat" is so slow that it's like a root canal. A perfect example is tonight I spent more than 2 hours attempting to get a password reset to no avail. I can't wait till I cancel all services with them tomorrow. This company is a joke and needs to reevaluate their entire customer service process. It is almost criminal how they treat you. read more

I came in to cancel my cable TV and phone service and was ready for a battle. I signed in and was called within less than 2 minutes. The customer service rep didn't make me try to change my mind (I had spoken to someone on the phone previously, so I am sure there was record of that in the system). He quickly processed my returned equipment, told me how to activate my modem, and gave me receipts for proof of return. Very fast, efficient, and friendly service got me in, our, and on my way. I am sitting in the store waiting to buy xFi pods. Wait time so far? 35 minutes!!! Is Xfinity serious with their desire to have a customer focused store? Some customers want to walk in, pick up a product, pay for it and walk out. They don't want to queue up to sign in, wait x number of minutes and then get called to pay for an off the shelf item. While this review may not be for this store specifically, it is a review for the company as a whole. Customer service is awful! Service techs are awful! Contracted techs are even worse! The condition my home was left after a tech visit is appalling. Cables were ran on my crawl space floor, splitters were left to lay on the floor, a six foot piece of insulation was taken from the floor boards and left on the floor, my furnace was switched off causing my air conditioner cease working, and to top it all off the tech kept my flashlight I let him use. Unfortunately, I was preoccupied with cleaning my garage and did not check the work before the tech left after assuring me everything was taken care of. The service visit I am referring to was after a contractor was out we were not satisfied with their solution to the problem at all. This is probably because they are paid by the job, not the hour. My wife has spent at least nine hours on the phone with customer service with absolutely no resolution to any issue at all. Algorithm-following telephone operators are terrible: yes, we reset the cable box and that did nothing the first five time. Why are we forced to confirm our personal details every time we're transferred to another operator who isn't briefed on the problem??? WHY??? This is so frustrating! We are STILL awaiting the call back to solve the issue on how our home was left - four days later. This is appalling, your company is terrible, and we will be changing cable providers at our earliest chance. read more

What a delightful experience. From my past experiences with Comcast/xfinity I was expecting this store to be a dank pit with unhappy employees, but it was quite the contrary. The store is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. I was exchanging an older model cable box for a newer one; my transaction was efficient, the man that helped me gave me everything I needed, including a new hdmi cable, and a nice reusable shopping bag to carry everything in. When I need to visit an xfinity store again in the future I won't be dreading the visit like I used to, everything was great! read more
