The second was billed to my account which I paid off as soon as it was added. I have since left AT&T because of rates. I have tried to get both units unlocked. The second unit was unlocked immediately without a problem as there was a record of the sale with the IMEI number. The first unit has no record of the sale except on my creditr card account. I have tried to have it unlocked several times and went ot the store and was told there is no reason it can't be unlocked... LIARS. AT&T will not unlock it without the IMEI number on the receipt. IT was sold as an accessory purchase and now I have a $450+/- worthless POS. Do NOT trust this store with your high dollar purchase as you will be screwed in the future if you ever need to unlock your device to use it on another network

The first visit was to get the lines activated, and Lucas assisted and was able to give clear instructions and then able to get other items sorted away, too. My second visit was to get the esim issue resolved, and the tmobile tech service sent me again. Angie was able to get this done. Third visit with Joseph, we had some hiccups, but he was able to figure it out. No matter who attends, your needs are always met. The team here is very knowledgeable in what they do and worth the visit rather than waiting on the customer service line for hours.

It's evident to me this store and its employees are not in the business of assisting Sprint customers in need. I recommend getting every detail in writing (plan, features, promotions, and device credits) before you sign--because what I was told in-store didn't match what I was billed.

All I needed was a SIM card and some assistance getting the phone to work on a workday. Manager and employees were dismissive, unhelpful and rude. They acted bothered with an attitude the MOMENT I walked in the store / I calmly explained that my phone was being ported to Verizon and something had happened and made my phone not work during a work day. They could not have cared any less about my predicament nor took any interest in solving it. The lady I spoke to at the store told me to "call Verizon" - which I did from the store. When Verizon tech support got on the phone - they asked me to hand the phone to the representative in the store so they could explain the error the store said it was seeing. The woman actually told me she couldnt talk to Verizon tech support and that she knew nothing about my account. THE STORE ACTUALLY TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT TALK TO THEIR OWN COMPANY TECH SUPPORT. I walked out while still talking to the Verizon tech support person on the phone - and drove to the the Verizon store in Exton at: 146 Eagleview Boulevard, Exton, PA, 19341 The manager John immediately interfaced with the Verizon tech support person (who stayed with me on the phone during the entire drive over) and immediately figured out how to solve the problem and my phone was back on. I recommend going to the Exton Verizon store and asking for John and avoiding the Downingtown store completely. I almost left Verizon and went back to T-Mobile over this. Tech support on the phone and John in the Exton store saved a customer with 5 lines. And he mae a sale for a new phone while at it.
