They gave me the best easiest service I had opening a phone line I worked with Andrew and Elvis they're amazing people give Andrew a raise.

Very helpful and in and out usually have bad experiences at phone stores but not this one!

Went to replace my phone early December....purchased a new I -phone 15 all went smoothly. a week later went to upgrade my wife's phone got the 16 plus the promotion to get the I-watch.....both had to be ordered and mailed to my house which is fine. When we download the top new phone it was the one with the least memory so the phone would not transfer...ok so go to the store and it was explained to me that I would have to pay a restock fee of $50 to get the new phone with more memory..expressed my displeasure paid the fee, I then called corporate and they issues a credit which was fair in their eyes also...I also put in a complaint about the employees....eventually got the right phone downloaded and connected to I phone all good. a week later I go to the store to return the old phone as all info was transferred .......manager offered to look at my plan to reduce cost...sure why not....changed my plan and said bill was reduced to under $300 per month.....fast forward to this week...I get my bill for $700 and go to the store and talk to the manager, he agreed something was wrong as I now had 7 phone lines on the bill. and suggested going to a corporate store. (30 min away BTW) which I did...they could not help and said call ATT Loyalty.....I go back to the store and was now advised that they would not talk to me as I was banned from the store for my discussion with the manager when I had to restock the phone???..... This AT&T Store employees are the worst...the manager today advised that they fired 2 employees in the last month...and then told me he could not serve me......go figure.....I will continue my rant when I speak with AT&T loyalty tomorrow....this is not over!!!! Amazing long time aged customer, lost his phone. Has paid insurance for 5 years, he went to get a replacement. He was told he had to pay a deductible of 250, this is a senior 82. It would seem if you are paying insurance on a phone, someone would have explained the deductible. Had he known of the deductible, when he opted in for insurance he may have made a different choice saved himself some money.. That is horrible way to treat seniors. read more

My husband and I went on Sunday July 3rd to upgrade phones. Was helped by Mohammad Khan who had the 2 phones we wanted in hand. Then he said I had to order them online to get the charges billed to my account. He did the order and mine was fine but suddenly my husband's was being shipped to our home even though he had one in stock. They claim because someone else may have ordered it. He also told me we should have it Wednesday or Thursday and would text me with Tracking info on Tuesday morning. Nothing and I have sent texts to him 4 times with no response. read more

Staff is entirely unhelpful. Went in to trade in my moms phone and they left us alone at the table to do it ourselves. No one was out on the floor practically the entire time and one time an employee came out, we asked them for help, and they told us they were off the clock, sat down at the table and didn't offer to find someone to help us. The person who I assume is the manager, Seth, is one of the most rude people I've ever met. After we'd been sitting there for over an hour, he told us we should have taken the phone home to do the update on because it's much faster that way. No one ever told us this information though, and we left without the phone even being properly transferred over an hour and a half after walking inside. If you need to go to a Verizon store, go to the one at the Smithaven Mall. Everyone there has always been super nice and helpful. Wouldn't recommend this location for anything ever. read more

Bought a iPhone 12 with a iPhone leather case yesterday. I was not happy with the case because it did not have a cutout near the bottom for swiping. Rep who handled my return was the biggest asshole. I have been on the phone for half a day. My Motorola Android would not charge. I replaced the battery then it would not open while connected. My complaint is that I want to go to a Corporate Verizon store and purchase a new phone and have my data transferred. I do not want to drive to the store and be told I need to make an appointment. I cannot find a telephone for the store. I have called Verizon and it took one tech 15 minutes and she could not find a store...not even in NYC. Then she found one near me. I tried to call the store and reached a Verizon person who said they could connect me to the store. They connected me to tech help. That person said he'd connect me to the store. And I stayed on hold, dead silence, no response. I had two lines waiting to connect to the store TO BUY A PHONE. I just paid my bill for a service I can't use because my phone will not charge and sometimes won't turn on. And now I am disconnected. All day. Nothing. Shame on Verizon. A major communications company that can't connect a customer to a store. You do not respect other people's time. read more

Here for an hour and 20 mins so far just to have a line added. I've never had it be such a process. Now I'm having suspended items taken off. They offered me $5/month to keep the lines on. This was after I told them those devices were stolen. So, no I'm not going to keep them in use. The guy I was working with was nice enough but seemed to lack experience and the GM never offered to help and he didn't ask. Lame. read more

Never will come back here again, first off I have been dealing with phone stores all day, and you already know what mood I was in, I had to run to the store to get a quick program done on my new phone, I walk in and a guy walks up staring at his watch with a puss on his face. (45min until closing time) Instantly I get a attitude, with something that should take not even ten mins, I have to give the whole jump around, soon to be told it what I was trying to do will not work, but on the phone prior to the store trip, everything was all setup, and instructions were noted under my account. I don't need any of you piss poor attitude, you guys work in a climate controlled 8 hr shift job. No one asked you to work there. If you are that miserable go flip burgers at MC Donald's, maybe you will be happier there. Never returning to this store ever again, try and make commission off of that... read more

Recently went into this store and had a horrible experience. We wanted to purchase a phone that did not require a data package, and as soon as the employees heard this they wanted nothing to do with us. The salesman helping us did not even show us the phone we were looking at, he pointed in the direction of where it was and walked away. Also, he wanted to charge us $100 more to purchase the phone than what it would cost to purchase online. We wanted to give them the business but he was very rude in saying that "we do what we want in the store and they do what they want online." We walked out of the store having received no helpful information other than never to give them any business again. read more

I bought a smartphone on line with in-store pick up. The manager at this store tried to charge me full in-store price and refused to be helpful in any way to get me the right price. Ultimately, the computer would only charge me the price offered on the Internet and his deception was defeated. Watch out at this store. The manger is either dishonest or poorly trained. read more

Unbelievably, I went back to this store again. Waited an hour, and no service. Had to leave. There had to be more than 10 employees there, maybe more than there were customers. I'd be so ashamed to work there. This store still sucks wind. read more
