The information was given concretely and we had figures on how our bill with our current carrier would change and how Xfinity would save us money and offer us features and benefits that we could not get with our current carriers plan. The amount of value that these two Appointments gave us is priceless. The experience was a positive one and very professional, and it's nice to be able to walk out with your questions answered and a price change in your hand and to know exactly how much money you are going to save. I checked in with the greeter who…read moretook my information and the reason I was there which was to return my old router and terminate my service with Xfinity. We waited around 15 minutes until an agent was able to accept the unit and provide me with a return receipt. I don't know what my final bill would look like or if there was a return fee. That wasn't explained. What I know is that I'm responsible for internet services at 4 different locations. One is run by Sparklight, the other Cox Communications, Comcast/Cablevision and finally Xfinity. As a comparison, Xfinity has the lowest internet speed with the highest cost per month. In fact, cost is 30% higher than the highest other provider and over 100% higher than the company I switched to. Fortunately the agent never tried to question or upsell me during my visit.

    We thought changing our business over to Comcast would be great, at least that is what our sales…read moreguy promised us. We couldn't have been more wrong. What a SHITSHOW from the moment we signed a contract. Our sales guy left right after we signed a contract and had no one as a liaison. We were left with dealing with service tech's trying to figure out the set-up, spending hours on the phone with them on a nearly daily basis. Once they finally arrived two technicians spent 1 hour at my location, but instead of installing the phones throughout the warehouse (as our signed agreement stated), they left them arranged in a circle on my lunchroom table. When I pointed out the oversight, they mentioned they needed to leave for another job and wouldn't be returning. We had to rely on our IT specialist to complete the installation. This meant that our office staff had to answer phones from the lunchroom for several days while we waited for the IT guy to come out. Additionally, they were supposed to transfer the fax line, but it took over a year for someone to finally address this issue, only to inform me that I needed to sign a new contract due to the delay. The entire experience has been a frustrating ordeal, and I am eagerly anticipating the end of my contract, as I have no intention of doing business with Comcast EVER again. This all started in August of 2021.
