Return was super easy since they already have my information from checking in. Very clean, big, and spacious inside. I was also able to use the kiosk to make a payment. They allow credit card, debit card, and even cash. Easy and hassle free.

Bottom line I left with the same old crappy devices that don't work and I have intermittent Internet My goal to leave spectrum after 20 years Do not go to spectrum

    Start up fine, went to buy a replacement direct tv replacement receiver. Bought receiver, remote…read moreand replacement dish. Made appointment to have tech come out for installation. Purchase and initial installation both went well. Installer checked a few channels and left. Later I noticed only a few channels were being received but most not. I called reported the problem and told tech would call me back to set appointment. After several days called again, this went on for 3 weeks. Over the next 3 weeks they made several appointments to come out but never showed and never called. In some cases I would call 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment asking "are you still coming" was told yes they are on the way and no one every showed up. I bought about 350 worth of equipment, paid 100 to technician and never got tv service. I eventually gave up and had it fixed by someone else.

Directv/AT&T are absolutely useless helping resolve this issue and this third party dealer responsible for setting up the account seems impossible to get a hold of. Company has changed names recently and past websites have been taken down, including the website linked here which would take you to a page on the Directv website. (Guessing they, too, are realizing someone's scamming them!) Really concerning considering these people apparently set up security systems too! Don't know who you people are, how you got my name, or what other information you have on me, but don't be surprised when you are contacted by the local authorities. :)

Now with their help and the installation of a boosting system we have plenty of bandwidth. They were also able to get us a better plan as I guess they represent all the providers, and it was nice not to get the longwinded 30 minutes of up-selling some of these companies put you through. I was asking about cellular phones and not only do they provide support, but i was able to get actual satellite phones for my wife and I for our upcoming trip to the desert. I have come across no signal locations when traveling there and you just never know when you might need to be able to get an emergency call thru. Thanks for the help!

I have NEVER in my entire LIFE received such poor customer service! Apparently this guy has some sort of soft contract with my apartment management company. He threw an attitude at me and my roommate when I told him that I was going to hold off on his services until I did a little research on pricing. At that moment he FLIPPED HIS LID, telling us no one was allowed to step foot on my property except him, that DirecTV didn't even have internet and their sales people are trying to trick us, etc. As I was trying to explain to him that we could in fact go with any service provider we so choose, he cuts me off mid-sentence yelling at me saying, "THAT'S NOT RIGHT, YOU'RE WRONG" and proceeds to HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME! In complete shock, I call him back so that I could make sure he had cancelled my installation appointments. I said, "Excuse me sir, I wasn't through speaking with you and I don't appreciate you hanging up on me either--" He cuts me off once more, yelling, "WELL I'M FINISHED!" and hangs up on me for a SECOND time! Minutes later, I receive a call from him with my property manager on the line as well. His demeanor did a 180 and starts pretending to be polite because my property manager was on the phone, and he starts telling me how it's actually "for my safety and protection" that we go through him for our cable and internet service. HA you've got to be kidding me... You seriously expect me to believe you have any regard for me as a customer, much less, my safety and protection?! You are off your rocker if you ever think I would even consider using your services. I would rather go without cable and internet than use you! This person Ken needs to do some serious re-evaluation. He certainly will not be taking any command of my space and I highly recommend you do not either... Do not let this guy step foot near or around your home! Space Command is a fitting name considering his head is so far up his own ass it's probably in space. So, no Ken, it is actually for YOUR safety and protection that we do not use your service. Thank you for forever being the prime example of the time I received astonishingly poor customer service...

    i am hoping that the right personnel gets this info…read more My home internet was having a major problem and I had spoken to several on line personnel to help me with was had been a problem for a long time. A young women was given to me, so that I could explain the problem. Wow! she was so patient with me. And trust me I was not in a happy mood! Anyway she was able to get a technician to come to my home to see why I was having so much problem with my internet. Nick G. is his name and he was promptly on the time he was to arrive. He surveyed the situation and took his time and BOOM! HE FIGURED IT OUT WITHIN ABOUT 20 MIN. A great big thank you goes out to this young man! What a professional. He was able to do some testing and also looked at my computer to make sure it was all working well. I have not had a problem since. And again Thank you Nick G and I do hope you get recognized for the work you did for me. Be blessed and have a very Merry Xmas.

Usually agents help you even if it's something you can do online. Every time I've spoken with this associate it's "you can do that online" "you can use the machine" Fair if everyone else did it, but no one else from what I've seen does. Now I get it probably focused on sales, but isn't a pipeline built on an actual conversation? I wanted to buy an iPhone17 and add a new line but had to pay off my balance I let her know I only have cash and sends me to the machine again fair but if she knows it doesn't give you cash back maybe it's worth mentioning. Honestly it feels like you waste their time at this point. I wanted to shop here for a watch next month and an upgrade in 2 months but it's fine. 11 years and you can't go inside a store you love for simple help. Probably sound like an old person but SOMETIMES 1-2 times a year it's nice to get help in person. I'll dial 611 like suggested, or go to another store thank you.
