I ordered Spectrum home internet online and selected in-store pickup for my equipment. During my first visit, I was assisted by Steph. After reviewing my order, she told me I was picking up a modem, router, and a mobile hotspot. I explained that I had only ordered home internet and was not expecting or requesting a mobile hotspot. Despite my clarification, she repeatedly insisted that the hotspot was included with my plan. I became concerned when she asked to access the settings on my personal phone, stating that she needed my phone's serial number to activate the hotspot. I declined because I did not understand why my personal phone was needed to complete a home internet equipment pickup. At that point, I was told I would need to contact Spectrum and have my equipment shipped instead. Immediately after leaving the store, I called Spectrum Customer Care to verify what I had been told. The representative advised me that they were unfamiliar with the process described at the store and said my phone's serial number was not required to pick up or activate my home internet equipment. I returned to the store a second time and was assisted by Andrew. I explained what had happened during my previous visit. He initially told me that he would also have to set me up with a mobile hotspot. I then asked to speak with the store manager. Andrew responded that there was no manager available. When I asked for the manager's name, contact information, or when they would be working, he said he would try reaching another manager through the company's internal chat. After a brief exchange through the chat system, Andrew clicked a few buttons on his computer and handed me exactly what I had originally ordered--a modem and router, without a mobile hotspot. This demonstrated that the additional service was not required for me to receive my internet equipment. Based on my experience, I encourage customers to carefully review their orders and question any additional products or services they did not request. In my case, politely declining the unwanted service and asking to speak with a manager resulted in me receiving only the equipment I had originally ordered. I hope Spectrum reviews the sales practices at this location to ensure customers receive accurate information and are not pressured into accepting services they did not request.

Return was super easy since they already have my information from checking in. Very clean, big, and spacious inside. I was also able to use the kiosk to make a payment. Verizon denied my access to my account immediately after I switched my phone service to TMobile. Verizon then reconnected, disconnected, changed plans, reconnected, and disconnected my account, and charged me without any instruction from me. On February 20, 2024, my family and I terminated our services with Verizon and switched to TMobile. The next day, I went to my Verizon account online to see if I still had unfinished business with Verizon. Verizon denied my access. Therefore, I was not able to look at the detailed breakdown on the website and settle any business with Verizon Afterward, I received some confusing DISCONNECT WARNING letters from Verizon, which threatened to permanently disconnect my account if the past due balance was not paid. Since my intention was to disconnect my account, so I did not pay. Yet I continued to receive these DISCONNECT WARNING letters with increasing charges and late fees. Therefore, I paid two bills ($71.69 and $78.50) even though I had no idea how these bills came about. Interestingly, I received more bills with more charges. Subsequently, I contacted Verizon via phone on Thursday, September 5, 2024. The representative, Christina, explained that TMobile never transferred the iPad line over from Verizon to TMobile. TMobile only set up another line for me. She also explained to me that in May, my line was reconnected because I paid and the plan was changed. she also said that in June, the line was disconnected and reconnected! In short, Verizon still sent me a bill, insisting that I have to pay $110.60. I wrote Verizon twice. One on September 21, 2024, with all the detailed twists and turns of the event. Another letter was written on October 5, 2024. What Verizon did was to put a "collection" on my credit card score. That is how Verizon extracted extra money from their customers. They could extract millions of dollars if they extract $80 extra from customers around the country.

I first came to this store to purchase my iPhone 5 and cell phones for my parents several months ago. When most other stores and vendors were sold out of the new iPhone, this store had one just for me. It might have been because I got one of the more expensive models. Jorge, the sales person, was extremely professional, personable and efficient. He not only hooked me up with my products and services at a discount, he also sold me some great accessories at a discount. Jorge worked with his store manager to make sure I had the best deal available, which included waiving the different fees. Jorge also gave me his personal cell phone number in addition to his manager's number to be available for any future needs. This was incredible customer service. When I had a question about my bill, Jorge was quick to resolve the issue. I appreciated the customer service so much that I returned later to get the iPad mini when it was first released. Again, all I had to do was call Jorge and he made sure he was available to set everything up for me. He made an appointment for me and had everything ready for me when I arrived at the store. I definitely recommend asking for Jorge if you need any products or assistance from Verizon.

I am blown away by the customer service we CONSTANTLY receive from Fiber Internet Center. We recently had a project which required us to establish a private connection to another large movie studio for some huge data transfers (think 5TB files). This was extremely time sensitive and could have cost us a lot of money if it wasn't done quickly. I reached out to Fiber Internet Center and it was done within a DAY. Normally these connections take 2-3 weeks for set up, but I told them about the urgency of the project, and the next morning I got an email from Bob saying that it was already done. They go above and beyond, even reaching out to the studio to make sure everything is working on their end as well. I expected to have to do this myself, since most companies wash their hands of the project once their end is done. I really can't thank them enough. Their customer service on top of the fact that they provide us with more than a gigabit of throughput puts these guys way ahead of the game. Our connection has been consistently reliable, and the VERY few times it isn't, I know exactly what's going on, and am never left in the dark. I can't say enough praise about this company and their team members, and I am sincerely grateful to them.
