I called David and he was able to repair the faulty internal board for only around $375. And that cost was only because he had to take the tv apart and repair at his shop. If it had been a main board that was on the exterior it would have come out to much less. While here, I found out he also does VHS to DVD transfers.     David at ABBA Systems is the real deal…read more I have a Sony XBR-75Z9F (75" Master Series) that suddenly went completely black. Multiple shops either told me it wasn't fixable, parts were impossible to get, or that it wasn't worth the effort because of how complex this TV is. David was the only one who stepped up and actually took the time to diagnose it properly. Instead of guessing or pushing a replacement, he identified the real issue and repaired it at the component level (T-Con / buffer board)--something most places won't even attempt. He had everything fixed and back to me in less than a week, and now the TV works perfectly again. Communication was excellent the entire time and quick responses, clear updates and he followed through exactly as promised. On top of that, he's just a genuinely nice, honest guy who clearly knows what he's doing, especially with high-end TVs. You can tell he takes pride in his work and doesn't cut corners. Hopefully I don't have another broken TV anytime soon, but if I do, there's no question I'm going straight back to David. If you're dealing with something other shops won't touch, or even something that is a regular job, this is your guy.

    If I could give Steve 5 more starts, I would. I had Dish and wanted to replace their Satellite…read moredish which was on the roof away from the street view with DirecTV dish. An ATT technician came to the house and he can not do it and another seasoned ATT/DirecTV technician can not do it. The both claimed they can not go up to the roof and they can only install the DirecTV dish a certain height. That is just wrong.. That is why people are seeing all the ugly, huge DirecTV satellite everywhere. When I found Steve on the internet, I was ready to give up. I explained to him my situation and he immediately assured me that it could absolutely be done. He replied/answered to my email/text/VM promptly and he walked the house and recommended what is the best solution and all the time he was looking out for me to make sure you I am getting the optimal setup for DirecTV. The installation was free, because I signed up DirecTV with Steve. He also mentioned that I should call ATT after installation to have them reduce my monthly ATT bill now I am "bundling" many ATT services. ATT wasted two months of life trying to signed up DirecTV, Uverse, they created so many unnecessary U-verse accounts. When I tried to consolidate my bill, it was a nightmare. So, my suggestion to you is, if you are contemplating getting DirecTV.. DO NOT go to ATT to sign up , but GIVE Steve a CALL. He will save you a lot of frustration and time.

We have been long-time customers, but we also have no issues switching to a different provider, if things don't improve. The other day, my mom and I came to this spectrum store to pay a bill. We walked in and saw a male employee at a counter with two customers. He saw us come in and locked eyes with us, but did not smile or say a word. Then he immediately looked back down at the computer and ignored us. My mom and I just stood there kind of confused and waited a bit. There were about six employees there, three were helping customers, while the other three, were on the computers and chit-chatting. Nobody was paying attention to us, so we decided to just walk up to an employee at one of the counters. Before and after we paid our bill, the male employee maybe only said two words to us. Maybe he assumed we didn't speak English or something?? I don't know...I very much preferred it when it was still Time Warner, way before they changed it to Spectrum. The employees at this store always look so depressed and lifeless. I don't know what the deal is....
