I went here yesterday because my phone display worked but I was not able to use the phone. Two guys approached me. One was in training and the other was useless. He just told me what I already knew and proceed to offer me a new phone. This is always the answer with these phone dealers. But I am not an impulse buyer, so I refused. I went to an independent phone repair, and he said within 5 minutes I had a virus. He cleaned it and phone is working fine. Shame on you Verizon, shame on you for claiming to be helpful when you only care if I buy something from you. read more

I have had issues since February, I was locked out of phone messages. I spent HOURS on the phone with vurreyzon in Feb, tried AGAIN in August. They could NOT fix it. I lived with it, but with Hurricane Milton coming (!!), I needed to fix my communication issues. This store was full of people and had much of their space closed off with a giant tarp. ....they were under a lot of pressure and I think had missed their breaks, hungry and gotta go....ya know? In this stressful situation, Vladimir worked his butt off to fix every little thing wrong with my phone! He was super nice while he was doing it. This crew is something special.....they must have a good boss. They were friendly, responsive, very competent, and sharp dressers too! read more

It was a pleasure doing business with a salesman named Alex at this location. He did not try to sell me the most expensive of anything, but instead looked at the phone I'd been happy with for three and a half years and showed me the latest model of *that phone*, which was much more affordable. He was INCREDIBLY patient with me, going above and beyond to do the work of downloading several apps onto both my old and new phones so that we could transfer my files right there in the store, instead of just giving me detailed instructions for how I could do it myself at home, which is all I would have expected of a good, hardworking representative. He was friendly and easy to talk to and, as I said, very, very patient. I see some other reviews have had not that great of an experience so it may be worth while asking for this specific man if you are there. I had a negative experience last year with the Verizon store near the Oaks Mall so I am overjoyed to find a local Verizon store that is so much better to work with. read more

Joshua was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, INCLUDING, Brandon the manager. I was buying both an iphone and ipad sitting next to Joshua, the salesperson and he was not only loud and boisterous, he was rude, while hitting on the lady who was a customer and i told him that the conversation made me very uncomfortable and I expressed that. I prefer not hear your advances on a customer while im in the store. Joshua resumed in calling me "hey buddy, i talk to my customers like this." Even after asking him to keep it professional, he continued with his rants. Soon after, Brandon, the manager stepped in defending Joshua. Things escalated and i almost walked out but my salesperson Vladimir, stayed professional, and id already driven 23 miles to get there...although being Ukrainian, he seemed grateful for his job and stayed out of the debacle and resumed in helping me. Long and short, DON'T GO TO THIS STORE, ITS A RACKET! LED BY UNDISCIPLINED SALESMEN AND MANAGEMENT! You may find them hitting on your woman, or man. Who knows! read more

Zero stars. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Entered the store an hour before close on super bowl Sunday to buy an apple watch. The heavier set white guy did dont seem very helpful at as, as not only did he refuse to bring the watch i wanted out from the back to look at, but lied and told me my account was "flagged" so he didn't have to sell me anything. Instead the sales person and his manager sat around talking about their work party that they were about to leave for and what team they were rooting for and what dishes they were bringing. So i sat down to call the support line and after calling verizon customer support and speaking with their management, it turned out that my account was NOT actually flagged, so customer support sold it to me over the phone. 5 minutes until close I step back over to the sales person to pick it up the watch i had just paid for over the phone and the sales person told me they were closed and could not help me. I reminded him that I had been in the store the entire time and that it didn't seem right to kick customers out of the store instead of helping them, and he shrugged his shoulders and said "well we're closed now so i cant help you." I have worked in customer service for many years and I have never worked somewhere that has excused customers directly at closing time. Horrible experience. I hope they have a nice party and I HOPE they work off commission because their location will not be getting my sale now or ever in the future. I had an exceptional experience with Adam Dipasquale. He assisted my elderly father in selecting a phone, setting it up for him, and explaining how to use it. A couple of months later, I needed to upgrade my Galaxy Note 8. Adam was professional, honest, and remarkably conscientious. Verizon is fortunate to have him representing the company. Wish I could give negative stars!!! Unfortunately, the previous reviews are right on. We have been customers of Verizon for four years now. I bought a iPhone 5S in October 2013. For the past week it has been acting up non-stop. Locks up, gives me the blue screen of death, gets stuck in re-boot mode for as long as 45 minutes at a time. It doesn't matter if I do a hard reset, close every open program, nothing works! It does this between 5-10 times a day. I cannot be without a phone, my parents are elderly and ill, and I have to be able to maintain contact with them. I went in tonight and they would do nothing for me, NOTHING! Why, because I am not eligible for contract renewal for six months. Well, that is fine and dandy, but what about the fact that you sold me this phone and now you won't stand by it. The guy told me to call tech support. I told him, I bought the phone here, that is why I came here. Why can't you help me or put me in touch with them. He said they are just a retailer, once they sell the phone, they are done. Well, if you aren't going to back up the products you sell, or offer support on them, then you sure aren't going to get my business. I told him I could go with another cell provider who would be willing to buy out my contract with them and give me a new phone and he said then that is what I should do. Great customer service sir, way to maintain and keep customers happy. Verizon will receive no more rave reviews from me. read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Not only did I receive excellent service but later on in the day when my daughter went back in the transfer her info, she too received excellent service. The customer service rep was extremely attentive and helped us problem solve when my daughters phone died and she needed another one ASAP for her work. While I was there, I witnessed other representatives giving great service with a smile AND no attitude when customers were coming in with problems they were able to solve immediately. They wouldn't even look at her phone just told her to take it somewhere else. If I could give them 0 stars I would this is ridiculous. Get some more helpful and respectful workers. Negative stars. I bought a set of LG wireless headphones, which had a 1 year warranty at this location. The sales rep, Andrew Cruise, said my new pair wouldn't have a warranty and I have no idea how that makes any sense. He admitted it wasn't a good product. I asked to upgrade to a better product and pay the difference, but that was not an option. At $85 a pair, why would I want a new pair that didn't come with at least the same warranty? He refused to work with me and I got heated. This place is ripping people off. Do not buy anything at this store. Andrew had a major attitude with me and I told him I'd be putting this on social media and he asked me to leave. That's fine, because I would never spend a dime in that store again. That man has no business working with the public, zero customer service skills. read more

They use trickery to get you to buy their insurance (tech protect) instead of getting insurance through Verizon's provider, they claim you get a new phone immediately, this is incorrect, you get a refurbished phone, and it's not even the same or better phone like they promise. I ordered a iPhone 7 Plus as an upgrade to my 6 Plus and after waiting three weeks for the delivery, was very excited to finally switch to my new phone. Then I walked into this place. Sales Representaive Anthony Porter had decided on a non verbal form of communicating with me, that is , he used facial expressions and body language to convey his displeasure with both his job and my very presence, the customer who sat before him. With a new phone of course comes questions but Mr. Porter was having none of that. My questions were met with sounds, not words or just a short "yep" "nope" or even, to my dismay, silence. All of the niceties flew out the window the moment I walked in and the $900 dollars I was spending at Verizon that day did not seem to sway Anthony into any sort of appreciation of my presence. I signed the new contract agreement. I asked what, if any, increase of charges would reflect on my bill. He shrugged and gave me an answer I still do not understand. I signed for my transaction. Mr. Porter went back to his computer, typing. I assumed he was completing the transaction and upgrade. After fifteen minutes of silence I began to feel uncomfortable. Something was amiss. "Are we done here?" I finally asked. Without even looking up from his screen or in my direction, he simply said "yep" and continued what he was doing. His body language said "Get Out" So I did. And I will never be back. I spoke to a District Manager who said he would speak to Anthony about his behavior. That, however, does not help me. The experience that I had hoped for never happened and the $35 dollars that I spent (which another representative said would be $20) on upgrading my phone now seems wasted. If Verizon does, in fact, train their staff in the discipline of Customer Service ( Smile! Eye contact, shake a hand, say "thank you", develop a relationship and bond with the customer so they will return!) then this young man has since forgotten such training or probably just does not care. I was treated like a cheap, disposable phone who's minutes had long been used up and trashed. The sad part, beyond the crappy treatment that I received, is that I drive by this location daily on my way to work so that now I will be reminded of this day for a long time. read more

I wish I had read the earlier reviews. I agree with them, avoid this store. I bought a new Iphone6 and an Iphone5 from them last month and added a IPad mini since Verizon was running a promotion that gave $200 off the mini which was priced at $329. After waiting three weeks when I went to get the mini they said they could not honor the promotion and the mini was $429 now, but they would give me $200 off. I refused that deal and called Verizon to see if I could get the original deal, when I found out the store had already added another line to my contract without my knowledge. I called them and was told they couldn't remove it, so Verizon had to call them and tell them to remove it. read more

First time ever in the store. No one greeted me or even said they're be with me shortly. I stood around a while watching a man dressed in gym clothes and realized he worked there. Dressed Very unprofessionally. He wasn't with a customer but I just had a question and wouldn't take long so I approached him. He was helpful but I felt like his help was half hearted because he was busy with something else. They only had 2 other employees working during evening hours when everyone is off work and trying to handle business. So here we go the start to a very long lengthy process, on thursday 4/46 we purchase two new lines of service and get the motorola razr, we have to drive to palatka to pick up, they take our two iphone 4's as a trade in, mind you we did not upgrade the lines the iphones were on. On friday have to go back in because they didnt not move over my mom's photos. The iphones are gone they were shipped out in less than 12 hours. We have to go back in saturday because my phone wont hold a charge, they get it to power on and say oh its fine now. Okay good, well here it is monday 4/30 we had to go back in again because the phone wont turn on again and it had a full charge. We love the razr but we dont want to have to go 3 days without a phone, i answer work emails on it and my mom uses it for her appointments at the VA, we go in to cancel and they wont cancel the lines, they want us to wait another day with crappy phones till the rep we dealt with comes in, oh by the way my moms wont connect to the internet unless its hooked up to wifi. We explain we want to cancel and we want our old phones but they claim that is not possible because our old phones are gone, we continue to stress we want to cancel and they need to do something today, they say no come in tomorrow let the other rep deal with it. He wants to sign us up with replacement razr's or iphone 4s's he will eat the cost. We try to explain no just cancel the lines give us our old phones back and let us go. They still refused to cancel, we ask them the simple question of okay so what would have happened if before the 14 days were up we didnt like these phones, what then? they could not answer this question, they kept pressing us to keep these phones there is nothign wrong with them even though verizon themselves said they were DOA, dead on arrival, so we left with broken phones in the hopes that tomorrow we will leave with a cancelled contract and iphone 4's back. DONT EVER GO HERE GO TO A TRUE VERIZON STORE THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, JUST THE MONEY. read more
