The wait is always a little longer than I hope, but that's for good reason. When they're helping you out, they give you their full attention and time. They're not rushing you out the door to see the next person. You're not another stamp to be punched on an assembly line, you're a person. And multiple times, they've given me great advice and options for my problem, even of the best solution is not to buy from them directly. Came in to sign up for a internet plan. One of the smoothest experiences I've had. Andrei was our sales person and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and be very inviting and friendly. Hopefully our service at home is as awesome as their customer service! It's very frustrating. I have 1 hour and 10 minutes waiting to be served. Very unpersonal. They must improve.

They need more staff, their wait time is horrible. Thank god I'm off contract. Closed my AT&T account. Switched my iphone over to StraightTalk, and my wife and daughters phone over to Tracfone, since they don't text or talk much. Reduced my monthly charges from $130 per month (old contract) to $60 per month. New contract with new phones would have raised my costs to $180 per month, ouch and no way. read more

As I was walking into this store, there was a lady screaming to the manager that she was going to call the sheriff's office on the store for continued theft. I had no idea what she was yelling about but upon leaving the store and seeing my next month's bill, I have a much better idea. ATT was having an iphone upgrade promotion. I asked the sales man to breakdown any and all costs, including fine print details so I could make a buying decision. Bottom line, it was going to cost me, "$8 per month" additional to my current plan to upgrade. I agreed and had to purchase a new case and screen protector and left the store thinking all was good. That was until my next month's bill came. On the bill, I found out that the sales person enrolled me in some plan that we did not even discuss for an additional $7 a month. There was also a fee of $35 to upgrade the phone that he conveniently omitted and finally the phone that was supposed to be, "$8 a month" for 36 months was actually $11 a month. Went in to upgrade my phone with the AT&T Next plan. Karen was a super big help! Helped me get everything set up and was super friendly. Karen even helped me get more for my money by showing me a better option for upgrading that was only 2 bucks more than the option I had been looking at. Great experience, I would definitely go here again to have Karen help me out! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been trying to get Uverse for about 2-3 months and every rep I talk to says that it's not available (lies, all of my neighbors have it) or that the ports are full (another lie, since I talked to an installer who was adding service for a neighbor THE DAY AFTER I was told that nothing else was available). Avoid this store at all costs. The wait times are ridiculous and the service is horrendous. They say their managers leave at 6pm and the reps are completely incompetent without the manager. Drive an extra 10 minutes to go to a different AT&T retail store. You will thank me for it. I've had a much better experience every time at the branch near Oaks Mall. read more

Not the best customer service. Came in wanting to upgrade my phone, left wanting to cancel my contract.

Told me and other firemen we were getting a deal with firstnet. Lied about the price, lied about the quality, lied about paying for separation with my previous cell bill so that now I would be screwed with their awful service. When I found out they charged me more and I would be stuck all I got was a sorry. This company acts like they care, but they used that to manipulate first responders for money. My bill every month isn't even the same sometimes it's double and i can never get the info on why I am being charged random amounts. Just as bad as all the cable companies. I also wish I kept my prior internet because at least I could connect to the internet I paid for. This is the worst company I have ever had any dealings with in the history of my life. It started with this location although I wish I could give this to all AT&T stores. Do not trust anything that this company says. Please listen to me do business elsewhere. I hope you listen so that you will not get screwed like I did. I tell all first responders especially to stay away. You will feel like they screwed you personally for being a first responder. Please save yourself and turn away. Send me an email if it saves you from making a horrible decision. I am moving in some months and plan on removing them from my life. I even sold all my shares in this company when they screwed me because of how horrible they are. Also, AT&T, please don't respond to this, I already know you don't care if I die and I really don't want some unheartfelt message pretending like you will make it right to help your own business. This ATT store is a trip. The wait times there lately are RIDICULOUS. I waited about 45 minutes to "see a consultant" and he was so focused on pushing accessories it was out of control. It seems like there are 10 guys walking around, but only 3 are helping customers. I much prefer the store off of Newberry road on 62nd. read more

Unfortunately all cell phones in a family plan have to have the same area code so they couldn't transfer my number, my parents live in VA. They did recommend a business account that could cover my needs. They were also unable to transfer my contacts from my old Samsung to my new iPhone, granted, my Samsung is ancient. Overall I give them a 4 because they had a positive attitude and helped problem solve my issues to the best of their ability. Thanks guys. read more

I was dreading coming to the AT&T store today- there's always a ridiculous wait time, and I had a fairly complicated issue to sort out. We were greeted and helped immediately by Mark Cox. He was very helpful and informative (in addition to making a change to my personal account info, we added another line and changed the plan and signed up for the Next program), answering all our questions and providing us with different numbers for all the scenarios we asked about. He explained everything in great detail and gave us time to discuss our options without making us feel rushed or pressured to sign up for any certain thing. He also gave us his contact info and assured us that he could help us with any further questions we may have. We purchased cases for the new phones and he put them on for us, got everything set up, etc. We also needed to get the social security number changed on my account, due to an error from the first AT&T store that I set up my account with. He apologized several times for the hassle and got everything squared away for us very quickly and easily! This has been the first time I've dealt with someone at a wireless provider without wanting to pull my hair out. We will definitely go here and work with Mark again when we need to. read more

Unfortunately, I have had to visit this AT&T retailer several times. Every time I have had to come in I've had to wait for 20- 30 minutes just for some one to just acknowledge the fact that was here. Only to have mediocre service by someone who 1. Has no idea what they're talking about 2. Rarely even know policies. They con you into buying accessories or put a lot of pressure on you to do so. Honestly, the service that this place makes me want to reconsider my cell phone service carrier. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm not usually one to post a review, but this experience was absurd. To start off, me and my friend arrived at 8pm to work out some issues with my phone. It ended up taking them nearly an hour and a half for them to even see us when they told me the line would probably take abut 40 mins tops. On top of that, the store closes to new customers at 9pm which is understandable. However, at around 9:15pm, my friend stepped out for a moment to get some work she had to do from the car. When she came back 5 mins later to the locked door, the store manager walked up, OPENED THE DOOR, and told her nobody could walk in past 9pm-store policy. Even though he had seen her in there before, and after she explained she had just stepped out for a moment to the car, and that we had ridden here in the car together, he restated again there was absolutely ZERO allowance of people back in the door past 9...even though he was the one in charge.... She wasn't buying anything or doing anything, just keep me company since I was her ride...So she was forced to sit outside the store window for the next hour until the mosquitoes got so bad she had to sit and wait in the car-THANKFULLY SHE ALREADY HAD THE KEYS SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO STEP OUT TOO. Absolutely ridiculous and avoidable situation and the most demeaning of customer service I've ever experienced....I would suggest any alternative one. read more
