The fact remains that I bought a "brand new" iPhone on or around October 4, 2024 at the Verizon store at Blue Lakes & Pole Line Road in Twin Falls, Idaho. Their rude and incompetent clerk Tyler represented that the iPhone 14 was "brand new." When we used the phone, the caller ID (as seen by the person we were calling) came up as the name of a woman in Fredericksburg, Virginia who I then called myself. It just so happens, she is a Verizon customer who had turned in a used iPhone 14 "in very good condition" to a Verizon store in Fredericksburg, Virginia two weeks earlier! I don't have the technical expertise to figure out what Verizon is up to but I believe it's fraudulent. A good class action lawyer should thoroughly investigate these buffoons. I seriously doubt Verizon shareholders are informed of the Company's practices. UPDATE: Ultimately, I ended up filing a complaint with the Idaho State Attorney General's office. They investigated it and Verizon eventually offered me a new phone. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

It's awesome that I can call in the morning and they can usually have a tech out the same day to fix our machine. Rex showed me what to look for when we get a certain error and I was able to fix the error on my own when it popped up just a few minutes ago. (Who knew a hole punch "hole" stuck to the top will trigger the sensor to say the original is still on the glass? Well, I do now, thanks to Rex!)
