Last Saturday I arrived at 10am & waited 45 minutes, along with 4 other customers, waiting for someone to show up, open the store & help us. I sincerely hope the employee(s) are not paid by the hour because they don't deserve anything other than straight commission. As a result of this EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, I have to drived more than 120 miles round trip to get help with my new phone, at the Viktra store in Twin Falls. The service between these two stores is like night & day & its hard to believe they are the same company.

Then the cashier answers the phone to help a customer. Gets off the phone and continues to chat about skiing with the guy in front of me. Answers another call to help a customer. Mercedes wasn't scheduled to work Saturday but was willing to come in to help me choose a phone and set up a plan for me, which I was very grateful for. She walked me through everything and was very patient when answering my questions. On top of that she made sure I got a great deal on my phone and plan so I ended up saving money. She also called me a few days later to ask if I was having any problems with my phone and to remind me to mail in my rebate, a rebate she helped me fill out. Mercedes was very friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. I am very happy with my phone and plan. Thank you for doing a great job!
