If you're looking to set up a contract for a phone, it's definitely worth it to go here. I also recently messed up and accidentally dropped my phone into a hot tub. I was extremely worried because it wouldn't turn on and wouldn't respond to anything I did to it. When I brought the phone in to them, I'm sure they could feel my anxiety emanating from me. But Isaiah, the sales rep who helped me, was very kind, and reassured me that it was a problem that was fixable, and helped to relieve a lot of my stress. With the brief time I've been with the people at the GoWireless store, I can confidently say that they are a fantastic staff who really care that your phone-buying experience is a good one.

He worked solo for the several hours I was around & although things were really hopping, he was always polite, professional, and proficient. He replaced the screens on both of my iPhones, and did the written assessment required by my cell phone insurance company for one. (If only the insurance claim were settled as quickly as the phone was fixed, right?!) Mitch patiently answered several phone inquiries because T-Mobile service was inexplicably down for several hours. He patiently and thoroughly answered questions from Phone Medic customers, both over the phone and in person. He helped me find the phone cases I wanted and even upsold me on the bulletproof screen protectors which were on sale at BOGO 1/2 off. (This was kinda something as I am not normally able or willing to pay retail prices.) More recently I returned to Phone Medic twice - once to have the screen protector replaced and a second time to have the screen of an old iPad replaced. (Yeah, I drop stuff.) Great, friendly service both times. Very happy with their service!

And they then refused to acknowledge they made a mistake by the guy when I brought in the phone and would not give me my phone unless I paid The inflated price I never agreed too. Complete scam with bait and switch told me one price and refused to give him my phone unless I paid them more. The police will be notified.
