After the repair, the back cover was not seated properly, adhesive was visible around the edges, and all four corners of the frame had new cosmetic damage that was not present before the repair. I contacted the company and later spoke with the general manager. During that conversation, he repeatedly stated that I would receive a full refund by the close of business that Friday and that a refund receipt would be emailed to me. No refund or confirmation email was received. After contacting the NJ corporate office, a pending refund was issued. Today that pending refund was canceled. I gave the company an opportunity to resolve the issue before posting a review. Based on my experience with the repair quality and the failure to follow through on the promised resolution, I cannot recommend this location.

I agreed and paid the $108 (with cash discount) for the new battery, which by the way was NOT an Apple battery. Forward fast 2 weeks later and issues weren't getting better. I returned to the store to exchange the battery , but was told that they didn't have any in stock and it would take two hours to get one in. So, I simply asked, "Well wouldn't it be easier and faster for me to go to the Mesa Mall location?" They said, "Well, we'll have to call them again to see if anyone is available to do repairs." All I could think was, "That makes no sense because that's exactly what their sign says.".......... I then went to the Mall location to exchange the battery. They said it would be an hour. Ok, but it took them 90 minutes. I showed up after the hour had passed. The two men working helped other customers while I was waiting for my phone. I spent 30 minutes in the store waiting for them simply to put everything back together (which literally took all of 15-20 seconds). So, why did I have to wait an extra 30 minutes?........who really knows. Still experienced the same issues. Took it to GJ Tech Repair. He looked at the interior of the phone. Guess what?!!!? IT WAS NEVER A BATTERY ISSUE. The mother board was starting to go.......HMMMMM. Now I'm out the $108 spent on a battery that was never needed and a lot of wasted time as well. Of course, there's no refund available for this, just a 30 exchange option. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THESE GUYS. Someone could have taken some time to inspect this phone, but they didn't. They blamed it on the battery without even considering some other issue. NOT IMPRESSED AND VERY ANGRY THAT I WASTED GOOD MONEY ON THIS RIDICULOUS EFFORT. Dana was very friendly and got me in and out very quickly with no headache. The new router and modem literally quadrupled the throughput of my WiFi signal. I wish that everyone could have the experience I had; I had to walk in just as they opened their doors on a Sunday to get helped so quickly. I was concerned that I was going to have to pay a lot of money for a new phone with a new number so I could start over, but he definitely went above and beyond to not only saving money but give me a better phone for a great price and I walked out of the store in less time than I had anticipated with a brand, new phone case and screen protector and even a battery pack to go with it new phone number. He even helped me set up my new Apple ID so when I left the store not only did I feel like my needs were met but I felt like somebody actually cared and genuinely took care of my concerns. Nothing can put a price tag on that kind of peace of mind. He did an excellent job explaining things to me, and didn't confuse me with any jargon or unnecessary information. He knew what I needed, was focused and, even after a full shift and training a new associate, stayed after closing to ensure I understood everything. I didn't feel like an imposition; he reassured me every step of the way. Excellent customer service, I will not go to any other AT&T store!!! I told him he was wrong, that I had just done a trade in deal at a different store and had our new phones sent to us. We were directed to drop our trade-ins at any AT&T store. He was very upset that I told him his business. Berated me for questioning his preformance and ability and then proceeded to speak over me to my husband and call me 'her' instead of using my name, which he knew from asking me and looking at my account. He then called me 'her' 3 additional times. He was dismissive, threatening and clearly preturbed that I wasn't giddy with excitement at his 'customer service'. Here's the thing. He doesn't know me or my situation. I admit I wasn't jovial, but my mood isn't any of his business. His job is to provide me with amazing customer service and not judge my attitude. I have been with AT&T since 1998 and I have never considered leaving AT&T until today. I have been into to stores close to a hundred times, (I have 5 phones lines on my account) and this is the first time I have had to deal with a rude associate. If you're looking to set up a contract for a phone, it's definitely worth it to go here. I also recently messed up and accidentally dropped my phone into a hot tub. I was extremely worried because it wouldn't turn on and wouldn't respond to anything I did to it. When I brought the phone in to them, I'm sure they could feel my anxiety emanating from me. But Isaiah, the sales rep who helped me, was very kind, and reassured me that it was a problem that was fixable, and helped to relieve a lot of my stress. With the brief time I've been with the people at the GoWireless store, I can confidently say that they are a fantastic staff who really care that your phone-buying experience is a good one.
