I walked out very happy with my new phone (as well as a free tablet and a fabulous deal on a Samsung smart watch). It was easily the shortest time I've ever spent ordering a new phone in a physical store. He helped set up all the new equipment as well and explained a lot as he worked. After the repair, the back cover was not seated properly, adhesive was visible around the edges, and all four corners of the frame had new cosmetic damage that was not present before the repair. I contacted the company and later spoke with the general manager. During that conversation, he repeatedly stated that I would receive a full refund by the close of business that Friday and that a refund receipt would be emailed to me. No refund or confirmation email was received. After contacting the NJ corporate office, a pending refund was issued. Today that pending refund was canceled. I gave the company an opportunity to resolve the issue before posting a review. Based on my experience with the repair quality and the failure to follow through on the promised resolution, I cannot recommend this location.

He worked solo for the several hours I was around & although things were really hopping, he was always polite, professional, and proficient. He replaced the screens on both of my iPhones, and did the written assessment required by my cell phone insurance company for one. Mitch patiently answered several phone inquiries because T-Mobile service was inexplicably down for several hours. He patiently and thoroughly answered questions from Phone Medic customers, both over the phone and in person. He helped me find the phone cases I wanted and even upsold me on the bulletproof screen protectors which were on sale at BOGO 1/2 off. (This was kinda something as I am not normally able or willing to pay retail prices.) More recently I returned to Phone Medic twice - once to have the screen protector replaced and a second time to have the screen of an old iPad replaced. (Yeah, I drop stuff.) When I went online to see about setting up a reservation, I noticed that there wasn't an opening until 6:30PM. I would have been standing there for hours. If you're looking to set up a contract for a phone, it's definitely worth it to go here. I also recently messed up and accidentally dropped my phone into a hot tub. I was extremely worried because it wouldn't turn on and wouldn't respond to anything I did to it. When I brought the phone in to them, I'm sure they could feel my anxiety emanating from me. But Isaiah, the sales rep who helped me, was very kind, and reassured me that it was a problem that was fixable, and helped to relieve a lot of my stress. With the brief time I've been with the people at the GoWireless store, I can confidently say that they are a fantastic staff who really care that your phone-buying experience is a good one.
