Your store is a joke. We visited at 5:15 PM, well before closing, specifically to purchase a new phone with no trade-in for him, as his work requires a reliable device. Despite repeatedly stating our clear intention, the two sales associates, one of whom appeared to be a manager, seemed unwilling to listen. They continuously focused on the condition of his current phone and the idea of a trade-in, completely disregarding our request, even after we clarified it multiple times. It was frustrating to feel so unheard. To add to our frustration, I overheard the manager tell her coworker in Spanish that they should avoid helping us because the setup would take longer than the remaining time before closing. "More than 35 minutes to set up". This felt unprofessional and implied a refusal of service, despite the store being empty and still open for business. This level of customer service and apparent disinterest in assisting a long-term customer is truly disheartening. Overlooked. I hope AT&T addresses the customer service and training at this location, as this experience has significantly impacted my view of your company. Except when I buy a couple 5 pack of wells and none of them work with the base (I have 5 different bases because the wells only work sporadically) so I have to pick which wells work with which base because it really is a gamble. Not to mention having a pen battery that likes to stay on without being touched. That really should have been my sign that this company cares very little of quality but it was reinforced when I ordered new mouthpieces for the gobee. The first one I cleaned admittedly not using their recommended method and noticed flakes of the coating on the inside of the piece. Contacted them and they said it was probably the cleaning method. Opened a new mouthpiece and it still had the gun metal coating pieces. I emailed them again and let them know it wasn't the cleaning method and that I, once again, had an issue. 3rd mouthpiece they sent, opened straight from the package, and had more of the coating coming off. I did receive a 4th metal mouthpiece that "had been inspected" and it just looks like the inside was cleaned out of the extra flakes. They did include a glass mouthpiece (which breaks if you glance at it, don't recommend those either) and a small dab mat. You'll inhale the flakes (probably like I did since I didn't notice it until after cleaning) and I can't recommend that to anyone. I certainly won't be using their products or ordering from them again. I had hoped this local company would have issued a recall or let me know what steps they would take in the future to avoid it but here I am trying to warn the general public after weeks of silence.
