Spoke with Tia at 1pm 3/13/25, and told her about the stainless stove being cancelled and it stated it wasn't available but I went on the website the exact same day and it's available for the price of $1367.99 when I originally bought it on 2/10/25 it was on sale for $849.00. A month later on 3/12/25, it was supposed to be delivered on 3/29/25. I receive a email stating that my order was cancelled due to availability. I went on the Best Buy website the same day as the email from my exact order of the stove I purchased and it was still available but wouldn't be delivered until 4/29/25 for the price of $1367.99. Tia stated a supervisor is the only one that can override this situation and stated a supervisor would be calling me in about an hour. I never received the call. I get home later on and called Best Buy (around 5:06pm 3/13/25) again and gave them the case number. When I gave the case number to the next representative, he stated there wasn't anything in the notes which Tia stated she left them. I had to tell him everything again. We spoke for 15 mins on and off and then was told I would be speaking with a supervisor and they would speak with me. 20 mins goes by the representative checks in a few times and then after that he checks in at the 46 minute mark. He was really being polite and doing a good job for the most part but the service and frustration from Best Buy is overwhelming with dealing with all these things. The representative asks me at this point that it might be longer and I tell him I've already waited since the 15 min mark and it's 46 mins mark now. I told him I would wait. As I write this and I'm still on hold for the supervisor, it's now at the 50 min mark. There is no telling what the outcome is going to be but I feel Best Buy needs to honor this sale. There is no reason why they charge my Best Buy credit card and wait a month to cancel the order. All that needed to be done was contact me to see if I would like to be refunded or wait till 4/29/25 when the order would be delivered (which is what the website states and Tia stated earlier when on the phone with her). I spoke to a supervisor after being on the phone for 1 hour and 10 mins. The supervisor stated she is very sorry but is unable to honor the $400.00 difference even though I bought it and was charged for it. The money is refunded. She stated if I wanted to, I could purchase it again and she would compensate it but it would be no where near the $400.00 savings. She stated it would be a percentage. I told her that is very unprofessional and not on her part but on Best Buy for giving a loyal customer a deal on a stove to just take the deal away and not even have it as a rain check. Mind you the email stated to get the area ready for the stove to be delivered and I did just that the day before I received the cancellation notice. She stated there is nothing she can do. She apologized and I told her I would never buy anything from Best Buy again. Mind you I've purchased tv's iPads, air pods, iPhones, Meta oculus VR, gaming computer, and a whirlpool stainless still fridge. To me that's a lot of our hard earned money and I've contributed to Best Buy I feel a great deal. Their hospitality and honor towards their customers is horrible. No customer whether you purchased 1 item or 20 items should ever be treated in this manner. I'm sure it really doesn't matter to them but they definitely lost a loyal customer on this.

    Stopped by this kiosk in Gurnee Mills mall tonight to ask how much it would be to replace the…read morescreen on my fiancee's Samsung Galaxy S5. When my family and I walked up, the girl 'working' the counter was busy on a personal call on her cell phone. After a minute or so she told the person on the phone to hold on and she put her phone down then asked if she could help me. I tell her I wanted to see how much it would be to get the screen on a Galaxy S5 fixed and she mumbled what I thought was $25. I say, $25? Uhhh ok! And it the rudest way possible she replies that she said $200. While my initial response would have involved my foot and her ass, I informed her that she was speaking very quietly and I didn't hear her when she said $200. Either way, it's cheaper to pay my deductible with my cell provider's insurance coverage so no loss for me to not give them any business. Maybe the people running this kiosk should hire someone who's actually happy to have a job and isn't upset her personal phone calls during work hours are interrupted. Wish I could give this place a lower rating and urge people not to waste their time or money at this place. (Also the other two kiosks I checked with in the mall that fix phone screens, one place quoted $100 but that their technician wasn't in until tomorrow and the one by the Lego Store said $190)

    I am a long time customer of AT& T and I loss my phone on Saturday at the United Center ar a…read moreconcert. I immediately filed a claim and my phone was scheduled to be delivered between 7pm and 9pm the next Monday. I also filed a claim at United Center and guess what... Monday afternoon they found my phone!!!! I immediately call AT&T and Asuruon and they tell me they can't intercept the order and not to accept it. So, I am driving home all happy and I call my son who is on the spectrum by the way and asked if he wanted Chili's for dinner. I told him to tell the agent the phone is no longer needed. Apparently, he had just signed for me thinking he was being helpful and ran to catch the tech who's name is Desiree by the way to tell her thats OK. Desiree refused to take the phone back ( my son handed the phone to me) and I shared that my son did not know what he was signing. She said she did not care that he had Autism, he is over 18. She refused to give me her name or her supervisors name and left my son distraught because he had signed something he didnt understand. This was truly an easy fix and a lesson for me to reinforce with ny son the importance of signing for something without understanding. Desiree needs some social skills and common sense training. Asurion needs a new policy and that is a multifactor check fir signatures! I am going to give them a chance to fix but I dont know how. Now, I have a phone that I have to return at cost and time. I am more disappointed in my exchange with Desiree because she intentionally did not provide her name, id number or any credentials and her response to my son's response was cold & heartles!
