We have had our security with Watchdog since the late 1990's, after a break-in at our home. We called Watchdog and requested someone come out and talk with us about their services and our needs. Steve told us about his company first and after numerous questions about what we were looking for, he wrote us out a quote and told us to feel free to check other Security companies before making a decision. He was quite comfortable with his products and the services Watchdog provided. As you can tell from this writing, of course we went with Watchdog. We were more than satisfied with his over and aboard attention to our needs. In 2006, when we started building our new "Dream Home", we didn't hesitate. We called Watchdog Security, the one and only call we made. Steve was here with us after our Dream Home flooded on August 16, 2016, knocking out pretty much everything in the house. He came right out and restored our service on a temporary basis as the house had to be ripped down to the studs from the floors to about 5 feet up. After that lengthy process, Watchdog came out and restored full service to the house. Everything was good until we decided to do away with our Landline telephone after being in service from 1990 until recently. Steve gave us a price for setting up WI FI monitoring and some other services and we got it installed yesterday, February 8, 2024, We are superbly happy with Watchdog Security and it's owner, Steve Wyble!

Unfortunately, in between was a very argumentative and disrespectful regional representative that was trying to convince me that I had a different phone than I actually have. There was some minor damages that could have been prevented with a bit more care. The people who actually did the work were courteous and helpful. The less than excellent rating is because of the manner in which the company conducted its business with us. A company representative went to the trailer's locatation and looked at it ahead of time (and I assume observed its size) but no one ever set foot on the property where the trailer was to be delivered until they arrived with the trailer. Concerns about this to the company before the move went unanswered. On the day of the move there was a delay due to the company not having obtained the proper permits prior to that day. Then the company informs us that because of the traler's size, a police escort will be needed. Then they added $1500 to the price. I suppose it is possible that LSP charges that much to provide an escort, but I doubt it. We had to loan them a chainsaw to help clear the path on the property. We also had to scrounge some additional cinder block to complete the install even though many blocks were left at the site where the trailer came from. All in all it could have been better. But at least they provided the service in a timely manner.

My 28 x60 double wide was off level bad. None of the blocks were touching the beams and most of…read morethem were leaning over. The outside blocks on my walls had all fallen out from under my home also. Mr Henry came and fixed my home and all the blocks underneath. He straighten every leaning set of blocks and the ones in the outside too and he tightened my anchor straps. My home looks new again . My oven baked unlevel before and my front door was sticking now everything works good again. He gave me a 1 year warranty even though I don't think I'll need to use it. He did a wonderful job. I tried 1 phone and hated it, Kenny,the manager was a SUPER champ about the exchange and I have ZERO complaints!! I've had a little tiny bit of static from Covington to Baton Rouge on I 12 but other than that, can NOT complain for 40 Bucks a month!!!
