My husband and I walked in to talk about upgrading our phones, adding a line, figuring out how the plans worked this time around because we walked in with laughable iPhone 12's. Poor LaMarr had his hands full with us! He was awesome, from the time we walked in until walking out the door with our family all in smiles and laughing. Beware of deceptive tactics . They come out with a worksheet showing you what everything will cost but after you get your bill you will be surprised . They don't give you a copy of the worksheet . Was told around 179 but ended up 220 . Also our advisor had problems with our Apple phones . We had to go to Verizon three times . Over nine hours at the store. Maybe some great advisors there but we ended up with a trainee. read more
