    They are very poor in service . Most of them are not knowledgeable about company policy and system . Have to wait long time .

    I am new to the Red Oak area and we needed internet service. Being new to Texas, I didn't know…read morethere were so many options and not so many options. So I called the AT&T customer service line and was told that EarthLink was the best for our area. So I made sure I asked the customer service representative if I was going to get charged any additional charges other than the $59.95. I was informed no that I was not. Well, after I got instalation, I was charged $68.97 for my first month bill. So I was upset because these are the questions I asked the sales rep, and the sales representative lied!!!! So if you go with earthlink, you will be charged $$ instalation fee, then 24 hours AFTER instalation you will be charged your first month's bill) Also if you use a Gmail account for Your account you won't be able to look at your bill on line nor will they be able to help set up your online account.

But there never was any service... from the start it did not work... was taking five minutes to load a webpage. I contacted technical support, was on the phone on hold for over an hour, to be told they would call me back, but no timeframe was given. I waited two days then called again because I never heard from them. Same thing happened again. I waited three days; did not hear from them. Finally, I contacted another company & cancelled Earthlink. I did not authorize auto pay, but within the first week, EarthLink took $90.21 more out of my checking account!!! After you get another call and a hour hold, I was promised a $90 refund, and they said I could get the $49 back as well but I would have to make a separate call for that. I talked to an agent who said I would get a full refund for the $90 but not the $49, because that requires a separate call & that was only if I returned the router within 14 days. I returned it within two days, but did not get the $90 refund as promised. Instead they refunded $34. So I contacted them by text and spent another half hour fooling around with verification and constant transferring to another agent only to be told. They did not have the tools to issue a refund... mind you I asked for a refund in the very beginning of the conversation. I was told to call back tomorrow. Whatever you do, please do not do business with this company. They will scam you out of tons of money and never provide any service.

    Do not give Utility Bellhop ANY of your information! This company is very sneaky. They reached out…read moresaying they were contacted by our realtor, when in fact they received our information from a company I was considering for home insurance, Clay Paul. The company reached out saying I would receive a gift card for setting up a phone call with them. We set up the phone call, the business seemed shady and we were right not to use them to set up utilities, or give him any further information. They tried to say we were not told we would receive a gift card but when I sent the screenshots showing they did in fact say we would receive a gift card for setting up a call they said they would be sending it. Weeks later I receive a notice that my electricity has been transferred to a different provider and right on the notice it said Utility Bellhop. I called Bobby, the owner and he stated it was a mistake on Iron Horses part, that they used the wrong list and they were reversing it. He then said my gift card was in transit and I should receive it in 10-15 business days, but once we got off the phone he sent it to me electronically. When I called Iron Horse about the electricity they stated Bobby is a liar and gave them our information as a customer. Needless to say Bobby has told countless lies and just keeps telling more and more trying to save his failing business. Now after writing a review he has started harassing me via text message.
