After you get another call and a hour hold, I was promised a $90 refund, and they said I could get the $49 back as well but I would have to make a separate call for that. I talked to an agent who said I would get a full refund for the $90 but not the $49, because that requires a separate call & that was only if I returned the router within 14 days. I returned it within two days, but did not get the $90 refund as promised. Instead they refunded $34. So I contacted them by text and spent another half hour fooling around with verification and constant transferring to another agent only to be told. They did not have the tools to issue a refund... mind you I asked for a refund in the very beginning of the conversation. I was told to call back tomorrow. Whatever you do, please do not do business with this company. They will scam you out of tons of money and never provide any service.
