They plug the phone in and it will show you on their software what's operating and what's not, it was a choice to not repair that too and still slap a shotty screen on there from temu. Screen repair was garbage, I see light on the top left side seeping behind the screen, got purple dots all over my screen, but these are subject to defects after the shotty repair? Unacceptable. I also have issues with my brightness where its showing I have it on maximum but it's the lowest brightness available. It'll occasionally flash the brightest setting randomly, then immediately shoots back to lowest setting. Y'all are lucky $200 really isn't anything to me and I can get this taken care of by AT&T, but the principle of this is completely screwed. You wanna take advantage of a woman and tell her that's just how it's gonna be? Wouldn't have gone that way with me and I'll leave it at that.
