She looked online for a new case and found one just like theirs for $9.99. Took the $30 back and they gave me credit. Then adapters didn't work. Took them back. Then one of the car adapters was the wrong one. He had me use the old one but rigged it up to use the old one since he didn't have the right one in stock. It was just one thing after another and I ended up there at least 3 times. I'm reluctant to use them again esp after reading more unfavorable reviews. They need more staff.

So, back to the store I go. More waiting in line and then Im told they cant help me because their not really a Verizon store. REALLY? Everything in the place says Verizon. So they scan my DD214 and email it to me. Wow, so helpful. So back home and go online except Verizons discount page directs me to an Employer info and headquarters of my Verizon employer? $#@*&%$ This store is NOT helpful and once your hooked in a contract, your old news. Ok, so the store mngr calls snd apologizes for the inconvenience and offers her assistance. So she encounters the same glitch in Verizons web site that I did. But, the attitude was much diffetent and eager to help. So they are working on getting my veterans discount so I don't have to wait around. A little effort in customer service goes a long way! They were very busy, yet we weren't rushed. They transferred all our info from the previous phone, too. Emily was the best multitasker I've ever seen. Great group. T-Mobile has rates better than Verizon including new top of the line phones. Their bills are simple, including fees and taxes in the rate quoted, so no shock when you get the bill. We got great deals on the new phones. So far my coverage is excellent.
